About Paulsboro

Paulsboro is located in Southern NJ and is within a 30 minute drive from Philadelphia. The Paulsboro Lubricants Plant manufactures, packages, warehouses, and distributes commercial, marine, and industrial lubricants. The plant operates 24/5 and is typically shut down during the weekend.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

  • We currently have openings in either Packaging or Warehouse. Both positions involve weekly rotating 8 hour shifts.

What You Will Do

Packaging Job Summary

  • Safe and efficient operation of quart, multi-quart, drum, and pail filling equipment (case erectors, fillers, palletizers, etc.)
  • Unloading component trailers while maintaining accurate inventory
  • Verify production setups (product, batch, bottles, caps, labels, yardmark)

Warehouse Job Summary

  • Utilize forklift for loading and unloading package trucks while interfacing with warehouse control system
  • Check all inbound and outbound paperwork for accuracy
  • Maintain safe and efficient operations, accurate inventory and strive to meet customer service goals

What role you will play in our team

 

  • Lead development & recommendation on market analysis for effective decision making in Low Carbon Solutions.
  • Leverage business analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide data-driven business recommendations to further develop a competitive stance in the CCUS and Hydrogen markets.
  • This is an office-based position located at the ExxonMobil Campus in Spring, Texas.

  • Develop complex financial models and communication material to support commercial activities in Low Carbon Solutions at ExxonMobil.
  • Analyze and derive business insights from financial modeling and engage a wide range of stakeholders to build consensus.
  • Engage multiple teams / workflows to drive consistency with data flow process and quality.
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical experts in the creation of solutions to support business decisions.

Commercial & Land Advisor

What role you will play in our team

  • Handle land-related responsibilities in designated geographic area with limited supervision
  • Manage brokers for title research and due diligence

Reliability Lead

This role is a leadership role in a Beaumont Complex business team that is accountable for overall equipment reliability and availability within the process unit. This position will be located in Beaumont, TX. The Reliability Leader achieves strong reliability results by working across multiple functions that support the unit to drive focus and activity prioritization. They will work with their operational and mechanical teams to determine appropriate maintenance tasks to maintain reliability, efficiency, and profitability with a focus on cost efficiency and risk management. They will lead development and stewardship of expense budgets for all maintenance and improvement activities for the unit. The ideal candidate for this role will use their experience to also support in a more senior capacity after onboarding and in future roles. These additional responsibilities may include leading larger initiatives and projects, stepping into the lead role over a unit, and building the strategic vision for the site.

What you will do

 

  • Be a Reliability leader and drive reliability improvements for your unit through tactical planning and stewardship, appropriate accountability in engineering / mechanical / technical support teams, and daily operational decision making
  • Support data driven, cost effective maintenance and improvement projects through life cycle cost analysis, root cause failure analysis, and risk based work selection
  • Mentor others in these principles to embed them in the culture
  • Manage mechanical and financial vulnerabilities by tracking ongoing concerns, elevating risks to the appropriate levels in the organization and coordinating mitigating activities to address them
  • Lead development of the annual maintenance plan activities and budget, coordinating across engineering / mechanical / technical support teams as well as working constructively with other groups in the Beaumont Complex to manage budget and risk
  • Develop turnaround scopes and requirements, working with operations and mechanical to determine line item scopes and budgets while meeting all turnaround timing milestones
  • Ensure effective budget management through monthly expense stewardship and forecasting, including understanding unplanned costs and offsets, risk management, and additional budget requests
  • Drive SSHE excellence through evaluation of losses and near losses related to reliability and mechanical efficiencies, management of highest risks, and supporting safety culture using established programs
