2025 Corporate Analyst Program – Proposal Analyst

 

 

What does a successful Proposal Analyst do at Fiserv?

 

The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year development program with two rotational experiences where you will work with our sales teams covering clients such as merchants, financial institutions, and government entities.  The Proposal Operations team is a revenue generator with a tremendous success record with both existing and new clients. This team interfaces and collaborates at all levels of the organization, including the executive level, as RFx (Request For “x”) are embedded in Fiserv’s culture.

 

We are looking for recent college graduates who have focused on Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field and have a strong interest in content development, curation, and editorial review in the proposal process.  This program will begin June 23rd, 2025.

 

You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.  Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists).

 

What you will do:

  • Provide draft responses for assigned RFx.
  • Ensure proposal responses are compliant and in accordance with client specifications and Fiserv standards and ensure quality control throughout the proposal process under tight deadlines.
  • Work across proposal operations, sales, and SMEs to address client RFx requirements and pain points.
  • Ensure the Fiserv messaging/themes/value propositions positioned for the deal are reflected in the proposal response.
  • Work with SMEs and proposal team to update and rewrite proposal content.
  • Create and ingest RFx projects in Responsive.
  • Assist with final export and formatting of projects.

 

What you will need to have:

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Marketing Public Relations, or a related field – no later than December 2023.
  • Strong previous internships.
  • 3.0+ GPA.

 

What would be great to have:

  • Strong writing experience in original content and editing, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to understand and articulate client’s business requirements to write proposal sections, including information research and synthesis from multiple sources into a cohesive and persuasive final product.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with various levels across the organization.
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and a technical aptitude to learn new applications.

Sales Academy Associate- Rotational Program (June 2025 Start)

The Fiserv Sales Academy Program is a 2 -year development program with 4 rotational experiences in various sales roles and environments. During the program, you can look forward to receiving intensive, first-class training, coaching, and development. As you progress through the program, you will build knowledge, skills, and capacities necessary to succeed in elite sales roles.

 

We are looking for recent college graduates who have focused on sales, or sales professionals early in their career, looking for an accelerated path into a sales role generally occupied by professionals with more experience. Candidates will be chosen based on their demonstrated potential and enthusiasm for a career in sales. This Sales Academy rotation will begin June 23rd, 2025.

What you will do:

  • Generate leads and drive profitable revenue by selling Fiserv’s enterprise payments solutions within designated territory or assigned accounts.

  • Drive strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify and secure new Fiserv clients to meet sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing client base.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
  • Capture, update, and manage all account, contact, and opportunity data within the Fiserv eCRM system.

 

What you will need to have:

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales – preferably in the last two years.

  • Willingness to travel regularly and open to relocation opportunities.

MDI Relationship Manager

 

 

What does a successful Minority Depository Institution Relationship Manager do?

The MDI Relationship Manager will manage the Fiserv business relationships. Work with a portfolio of clients from a strategic and consultative perspective. Serve as the primary contact for the client’s executive and/ or senior level leaders. The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing the overall (pan-Fiserv) relationship with senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned clients to create customer loyalty and increase revenues. The Relationship Manager will leverage Fiserv solutions to maximize client’s growth and profitability, utilizing company resources to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and increased profitability for Fiserv.

 

What you will do:

  • Serve as primary point of contact and information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding ongoing operations.
  • Lead retention of partnership via contract renegotiations and renewals that deliver profitable outcomes.
  • Cultivate and improve relationships across multi-level and teams at client to identify and implement solutions to grow and expand revenue.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge, an understanding of customers’ needs and concerns while continuously promoting a positive company image.

What would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar eCRM tool.
  • Experience with sales and negotiating techniques – consultative selling skills with a consistent record of negotiating closing deals and generating results in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • MBA preferred.
