Senior Manager – PCI Compliance

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a proven track record in information security governance, risk and compliance with deep expertise in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This role involves leading PCI DSS compliance initiatives across entities, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring security best practices are adhered to throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. PCI DSS Compliance Management

○ Lead PCI DSS compliance efforts, including the annual certification process and ongoing assessments.

○ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret and implement PCI DSS requirements across various departments.

○ Develop and maintain documentation and records required for PCI DSS compliance.

2. Security Assessment and Risk Management

○ Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.

○ Identify, document, and mitigate potential security risks that could impact compliance.

○ Work with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and track resolution progress.

3. Policy Development, Audit and Governance

○ Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with compliance standards/frameworks and industry best practices.

○ Coordinate and lead internal audits and assessments to measure compliance levels.

○ Act as the primary point of contact for PCI DSS-related audits and third-party assessments.

○ Ensure audit findings are documented, addressed, and remediated effectively.

4. Program Management

○ Lead security program initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business processes and technology initiatives.

○ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security programs.

○ Provide regular updates to the CISO and executive leadership on program status, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or related field

● Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on Governance, Compliance, PCI DSS, etc.

● In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS.

● Strong understanding of auditing, and security best practices.
