Work you’ll do
As a HR Strategy & Operations Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience in HR Strategy and Service Delivery and HR technologies to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Exploring innovative solutions such as AI, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver comprehensive Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients.
- Providing knowledge in HR Shared Services and Service Delivery and Operating Model Design to enhance employee experience and drive impactful client engagements.
- Working with project teams to develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies, deliver superior client results, proactively monitor and mitigate project risks, and leverage emerging technology trends to improve HR service delivery.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes, with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, or Digital HR Strategy. Proven ability to contribute to HR transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver measurable improvements in one or more of these domains.
- 1+ years of experience working in a consulting environment; Big 4 experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time
Preferred:
- Demonstrated confidence and maturity with at least 1 year of experience interfacing directly with senior executives and clients
- Active engagement in the HR field, demonstrated by at least one of the following: membership in a professional HR organization, completion of HR-related coursework or certifications, or attendance at industry conferences within the past 2 years
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The Role
The Product Owner – Courts will be the point person for various internal projects within the Product team and is responsible for the planning, organization, quality assurance, and documentation leading up to and following product releases. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, managing the product throughout the product life cycle, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Owner represents the interests of all internal and external stakeholders and also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
The Product Owner – Courts will become an industry consultant for private club staff regarding Racquet and Athletic software. This role reports directly to Head of Product, manages 1-2 QA Analysts, and works closely with the Development team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation and design to testing and deployment.
- Ensure that products are launched on time and within budget, and that they meet customer expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Classify features according to strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring that the product roadmap is focused on the most valuable areas.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch and ongoing product management.
- Participate actively in sprint planning meetings.
- Create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justifications.
- Design wireframe mockups for enhancements and new product screens.
- Manage QA Resources to ensure user expectations are met, bugs and product enhancements are addressed with perseverance and detail.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products. Enlist, train, and collaborate with clients.
- Write internal and external product release notes. Write agreement language and parameters for new products.

We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented Project and Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will support the interior design team throughout the lifecycle of multiple high-end residential design projects by managing the procurement process and overseeing order details and logistics to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position working from our studio in Nashville, TN.
