About the Role
Talent Groups is seeking a Business Analyst to support a client’s Document Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving user challenges, and has experience with document management systems and production support. You will serve as a bridge between application behavior and user experience, ensuring smooth functionality while driving process improvements.
What You Will Do
· Lead business analysis efforts for Guidewire ClaimCenter enhancements and system integrations
· Spend approximately 75 percent of time supporting legacy system modernization and cloud migration, with 25 percent focused on production support
· Partner with claims adjusters and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, and support Agile delivery
· Analyze current workflows, reduce technical debt, and identify opportunities to streamline processes prior to cloud migration
· Support API integrations, data validation, and security related requirements
· Triage production issues to determine training needs, defects, or new feature requests
· Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams
What We Are Looking For
· 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
· 1+ years in the insurance domain, preferably claims

Entry Level Data Center Technician
Overview
Our client has multiple openings for entry-level technicians eager to learn a new trade: Structured Cabling. If you have experience working with your hands-whether in landscaping, construction, general labor, or material handling-this is your chance to transition into a growing technical field. You’ll assist senior technicians and team leads in building out network infrastructure, including:
Pulling cable and fiber
Learning color codes
Punching down and terminating fiber
Installing cable trays and pathways
Building server racks
Key Responsibilities
- Drop cable down walls using fish tape or other methods; route cable through data centers
- Perform pre-termination procedures: organize, dress, and label cables; determine length and slack
- Suspend and support cable using trays, J-hooks, D-rings, bridal rings, trapeze
- ? Install grounding for racks, equipment, and cables
- Perform fire-stopping procedures on firewalls; install sleeves and pull cable through penetrations
- Terminate low-voltage devices
- Follow prints and complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Adhere to company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards

Required Skills

Description:
What you’ll be doing:
- Hardware installation & configuration of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure.
- Rack installation including racking of components, putting racks in place, cabling, power up and handoff of servers to internal provisioning teams.
- Rack deinstallation including power off, removal of cabling, removal of rack components.
- Hardware Break/Fix replacement of FRUs
- Troubleshooting and resolve Telco Connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot & Replace Network Switch equipment
- You will communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and teams.
- Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs
- Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber/copper/telecom cables.
- You should be able to execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware.
- Strong interest in learning new DC concepts.
