Brief Job Description

โ€“ Daily quality check on all active social media platforms of Games24x7 (My11Circle and RummyCircle)

โ€“ Documenting/Updating the SOPs and process changes in the social customer support

โ€“ Hawkeye on the competitive landscape and coming up with ideas for engaging with the potential consumers.

โ€“ Documenting in-app promotions of our competitors and sharing the same with the team.

Deputy Manager Marketing

**Campaign Setup & Management:**

Oversee the creation and management of Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Generation, and Universal App Campaigns.

**Performance Optimization:**

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

**Technical Troubleshooting:**

Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, disapprovals, and delivery.

**Reporting & Analytics:**

Generate reports to communicate actionable insights on campaign performance using Google Ads, AppsFlyer, and Firebase.

**A/B Testing:**

Conduct A/B tests on various ad assets within Google Ads.

**Competitor Research:**

Monitor and evaluate keywords, SEO, search volume, downloads, and other key metrics, as well as market trends such as e-commerce sales, IPL events, and their impact on advertising.

**Automation:**

Utilize Google Scripts and rules for effective task management.

**AppsFlyer Expertise:**

Possess a deep understanding of AppsFlyer, including integration and various analyses.

**SQL Knowledge:**

Familiarity with basic SQL for use with ADH and BigQuery.

**Google Analytics:**

Ability to effectively utilize Google Analytics for insights and reporting. Strong ability to convert patterns in data to test hypotheses

**ASO:**

Ability to optimize Play console pages & landing pages for better ads serving & user experience

Conduct keyword research & implement on Playstore listings for better reach & ranking of ads

Analyzing play console & firebase metrics for optimal app performance

Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to address complex business problems. eg logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting.

As the AI Leader for our Fantasy Sports business, My11Circle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions which cut across hyper-personalizing user experiences across their entire journey and intelligence & automation of business decisions. You will be part of the central DS & AI team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences, optimize operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and a passion for sports.

Responsibilities:

Strategic AI Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven innovation in the industry.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists.

Algorithm Development:
