Description
The Sales Manager ’s primary role is to attract, lead, coach, develop and motivate a team of 5-10 quota-bearing associates to drive revenue for Gartner.
This role is responsible for:
- Successfully leading all business and people management aspects of an assigned Large Enterprise Accounts Sales team
- Create and foster a high-performing, high activity team culture based on collaboration, integrity as well as individual over-achievement
- Exceed financial team targets as well as coach, develop, motivate and empower each team member to exceed their own (Winner’s circle standard)
- Develop and execute strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategy and processes/best practices and goals (e.g. Pathway to Gold for team and Sales Manager, Challenger Sales process)
- Coach, motivate and develop each team member as per individual needs on a regular basis
- Provide leadership through effective communication of the global strategy as well as individual goals, and represent the team to the rest of the organization
- Attract and retain top talent within the sales team by following Gartner’s proven recruitment methodology, with a strong focus on building a pipeline of candidates for potential open territories
- Ensure effective use of the right system tools, data integrity as well forecast

Multimedia Designer
We are looking for an experienced, organized creative professional with excellent aesthetic capabilities and project/resource management skills. Candidates must have a sharp creative eye, love visual storytelling, and be able to balance design with client communication and creative consultation. Our ideal candidate is experienced shooting and editing video and will collaborate with other creative and web staff members to exchange ideas, files, clips, segments, video formats, player specifications, etc.
What you will do:
- Create highly engaging videos with a focus on editing and some shooting
- Shooting in-person or remote talking head videos
- Editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut X, After Effects
- Provide basic to advanced video motion graphic design support on video projects
- Take part in creative sessions by brainstorming, providing creative input, suggesting innovative concepts, and making creative recommendations
- Deliver compelling videos that meet brand standards, best practices and goals
