  • Experience in sales or customer support over Email & chat 
  • Strong communication skills – Should have command over English language  
  • Should be well verse with MS Office tools – Specially MS Excel  
  • Flexible to work in shifts  
  • Flexible to stretch as per business need 
  • Should be ready to work from office 
  • Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients 
  • Respond to customer query through email, calls 
  • Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.  
  • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment 
  • Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working) 
  • Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes

  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern

• Making outbound calls to Customers and Employers

• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.

• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies

• Reproduce customer issues and bring up product bugs

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

• You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
