About the role

You are expected to contribute actively towards development of products and technologies in Household Insecticide category. The aim is to enhance GCPLs scientific knowledge base which will help us in creating strong product differentiators in the market place.

Role Specifications

  • Thorough understanding on pre-formulations, proto-typing and product development of various dosage forms. The candidate should have strong technical and hands on experience in at least couple of above mentioned categories.
  • Expect to think and Innovate disruptive ideas in relevant categories
  • Develop and work on relevant projects with academia to build and develop science base within GCPL, and also exploit learning’s to our commercial advantage
  • Participate in pilot plant and plant level scale up activity

Telesales Specialist

The Call Centre Site SPOC is responsible for assisting customers with their exploration and navigation of projects, as well as ensuring that all call Centre-initiated leads visited at the site are tagged appropriately under the call Centre. The SPOC will work closely with the call center team, site-based staff, and customers to guarantee that lead tracking and credit allocation are accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities:

Lead Tracking:

Monitor and track call center-initiated leads that schedule site visits

Ensure that all call center-initiated visits are tagged under the call center

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to lead tagging

Assess customer needs and preferences to identify their propensity to buy

Flag leads for future purchase if the purchase is not made during the current visit

Identify if the customer’s requirements fit in any other region or project if the conversion does not happen in the visited projects

Allocate these leads accordingly to the respective project/region for conversion

Track the progress of these leads and provide updates to the call center and sales teams for any future projects

Customer Assistance:

Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers enquiring about the specific projects

Executive

Job Purpose      

As an Account receivable & credit control Executive, the employee will play a crucial role in monitoring accurate collection recording, coordinating payments with the Sales Team and customers, and daily circulation of collection reports to the commercial team. Additionally, it includes supporting the Credit Controller, reconciling customer accounts, proposing process improvements, and tracking key metrics related to accounts receivable and cash application.        

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely collection recording in SAP
  • Tag/park the payment with the right payment type by coordinating with the Sales Team and the customer
  • Circulating the Collection report with the commercial team on a daily basis
  • Accurately knocking of the payments in the system and validate the system knock off automatically done by the system
  • Assist in monthly closing and meeting the corporate deadlines
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cash application processes
  • Close Collaboration with Regional Finance, Sales Team and HO Teams to ensure timely action on AR & Cash application activities
  • Reconcile and resolve any reconciliation issue in the customer accounts
  • Assure that the customer accounts are up to date and initiate clearing activities as appropriate.
  • Provide Brand wise collection reports (Advance Booking Scheme -ABS, Quantity Booking Scheme – QBS) and analysis of pending outstanding
  • Daily Bank reconciliation
  • Supporting the Credit Controller in Credit Assessment Process by collaboration with the Regional Finance & Sales Team
  • Assisting the Credit Controller in AR & Collection Review and Follow up
  • Proposing the Account Receivable & Cash Application process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Analysing the Delinquencies and categorizing them by reason to drive the resolution with the related stakeholders
  • Tracking various Business Hygiene factors such as DSO days, CTS Cheques availability, Cash application usage etc and providing related reports on regular basis
  • Ensuring customer profiling by maintaining customer records such as Security Cheques, Security Deposit, Related documents and Agreements and their renewal as required time to time basis

Educational Qualification:
