The Call Centre Site SPOC is responsible for assisting customers with their exploration and navigation of projects, as well as ensuring that all call Centre-initiated leads visited at the site are tagged appropriately under the call Centre. The SPOC will work closely with the call center team, site-based staff, and customers to guarantee that lead tracking and credit allocation are accurate and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Lead Tracking:
Monitor and track call center-initiated leads that schedule site visits
Ensure that all call center-initiated visits are tagged under the call center

Job Purpose
As an Account receivable & credit control Executive, the employee will play a crucial role in monitoring accurate collection recording, coordinating payments with the Sales Team and customers, and daily circulation of collection reports to the commercial team. Additionally, it includes supporting the Credit Controller, reconciling customer accounts, proposing process improvements, and tracking key metrics related to accounts receivable and cash application.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely collection recording in SAP
- Tag/park the payment with the right payment type by coordinating with the Sales Team and the customer
- Circulating the Collection report with the commercial team on a daily basis
- Accurately knocking of the payments in the system and validate the system knock off automatically done by the system
- Assist in monthly closing and meeting the corporate deadlines
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash application processes
- Close Collaboration with Regional Finance, Sales Team and HO Teams to ensure timely action on AR & Cash application activities
- Reconcile and resolve any reconciliation issue in the customer accounts
- Assure that the customer accounts are up to date and initiate clearing activities as appropriate.
