Role Summary:
Roles and responsibilities:
Β· Effective Lead Management through Call Centre for driving walk-ins, meetings, VCs and subsequently bookings across media for international customers.
Β· Deliver Effective Ratio Metrics for Lead to Connect, Connect to AP, AP to AD.
Achieving TATs for Lead Servicing as per sign offs
Effectively managing the Training, Quality and Agent Performance.
Β· Driving Performance through Lead Nurturing to ensure additional contribution of meetings and bookings historical base.
Β· Giving feedbacks to the lead source and performance of digital campaigns for better optimisation.
Β· Be prepared to visit project sites during launches to ensure smooth operations and successful customer engagements.
Β· Managing Costs and driving optimisation with efficiencies through initiatives aimed at:
-Improving the lead funnel efficiencies @ Call center.
-Controlling Call Center Budget and Incentive Payout.
-Better productivity in terms of call centre manpower utilisation and dial outs.
-Managing other direct channel database dialing @ call center for best conversion adding to digital/LN campaigns.
Managing Process Adherence Efficiencies

Qualification:
Applicants should be Graduates β with Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience,
