Responsibilities

  • Own the support configuration and systems administration for a set of products through usage of a number of advanced admin tools as well as code-based rules systems.
  • Collaborate with product operations support teams to develop and execute product-specific, multi-channel support strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of how our YPP policies impact YouTube users, platform changes and new product launches.
  • Manage daily content review in line with YouTube’s YPP policies. This may include exposure to graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive content.
  • Liaise with Policy Development to develop new policies and iterate on existing policies and enforcement guidelines to protect against emerging threats and improve creator education.
