Plan, Organize & Control mechanical maintenance activities of Recovery â Cryst & Calc section
Job Context & Major Challenges
Recovery department has to supply un-interrupted flow of Spin bath with consistent superior quality to Spinning department which produces VSF by regenerating cellulose from viscose through spin bath solution. On other hand, to produce Sodium sulphate generated during VSF re-generation process & from maximising chemical recycling from spinning department. Recovery department has to work in synchronization with Spinning & Viscose department to achieve overall unit’s objectives. Plant has a capacity to supports to produce 1,31,728 TPA of VSF of NW & Textile grade & 94,206 TPA Sodium sulphate customized as per customer requirement like COR, FIN, HPH, LPH, LCL grade. Major unit operations involves Filtration, Multi Stage Flash Evaporation, Crystallization, Drying & Cooling tower operation. Entire process is extensively comprises of power & steam consuming units.

2. Involving in techno-commercial discussions. Cost estimation enabling management to take decision. Co-ordination and key role in finalizing negotiations above the delegation limits.
3. Finalizing of Terms and Conditions. Submission of comparative statement to projects department and after getting their comments, finalization of order to proper supplier to meet the technical and commercial requirements both.
Coordination with different departments and Customer satisfaction
1. Coordination with user dept, Accounts, ER , Stores , transporters, clearing agents for various material related functions like Receipt of material , payment , increasing user awareness, Clearance of material , release of payments and to follow up for adjusting debit / credit balance and liabilities with respective suppliers.
2. Identification of Areas of Improvements by taking feedback from customers , preparation of action plans and their implementations for improving customer satisfaction in terms of Quality , Cost , Delivery , Innovations and Productivity.
