Overview:
Groww is seeking applications from qualified and desirous candidates for the post of Senior Associate – Mutual Fund Operations. The senior associate promotes the application of sound management ideas and techniques in the operations of the business unit. In this role, the senior associate will help address needs relating to the development and maintenance of corporate and internal operational support systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel functions and formulas for preparing data.
- Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and portfolio managers to address their inquiries and provide insights on investment
opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting with AMC, RTAs, Exchanges & other third parties.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements governing mutual funds. Ensure all activities and processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to support mutual fund initiatives and deliver integrated solutions to clients. Collaborate on product development and enhancement projects.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in the mutual fund industry, with a strong understanding of different fund types, investment strategies, and risk management practices.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks governing the mutual fund industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Qualification: Any graduate
