Job Role : Evaluation Analyst (EVALS)

Position Overview

The role requires a good understanding of ecommerce and shopping vertical with experience in research, carefully analyzing and summarizing search results, providing insightful evaluation and analysis of the findings, preparing final reports and deliverables as per required standards Working with limited set of instruction and someone who is a self-starter with experience in drafting guidelines and SOP for new projects along with identifying key metrics and success parameters

Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluation/rating of data set used for ecommerce and shopping products in large volumes

Provide concrete insights and feedback to relevant stakeholders and engineers

Do analysis to find out improvement areas and conduct calibrations within the team or with cross functional teams

Optimize existing processes, to ensure we optimize for efficiency and quality of output, and provide ongoing feedback on tools

Use statistical techniques and data visualization to interpret trends and patterns

Hiring criteria:

Experience: Min 2-4 years (Preferably in E-commerce project, Content curation)

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Skill / Expertise requirement :

E-commerce exposure: Sound knowledge of Ecommerce platforms & its operations, exposure to data curation portfolios/project

Good Written/ communication skills – Well versed in articulating the summary of the task performed / refining SOP’s

Detail Oriented: Pay attention to details while doing the transactions / UAT’s

Analytical skills : Proficient in Google sheets/ data handling for analysis purpose

Decision Making skills– Identify and understand the process gaps and take decisions to highlight only high level issue to stakeholders by offering recommendations to ensure smooth flow of operations

Major Responsibilities

Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLA’s set.

Daily validation & clearance of meter reading errors, contract errors, Partner Portal errors which are causing unbilled items.

Monitoring of billing holds

CFM activity

Manual meter reading entry on behalf of customers/Partners

Identifying system issues and logging Solution Manger tickets to resolve

Ensure business targets on billing completeness, quality and timeliness are achieved.

Driving connectivity to ensure billing quality

Promote Portal usage – self-service for meter reading entry

Able to work under pressure and reach targets to the best of your abilities.

Where problems cannot be personally resolved use judgement to forward issue’s as appropriate and manage their timely resolution.

Point of escalation for team members for complex billing issues.

Mentor for team, supporting and coaching on an ongoing basis.

Support any ad hoc duties as required.

To ensure compliance with T&C’s and Business Rules and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
