Product Manager

Role : Product Manager

Product : Personal Loans (PL Salaried)

Vertical : Enterprise Lending

Job Role :

  • Responsible for managing multiple product portfolio within unsecured/secured products.
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery in unsecured products.
  • Responsible for sales support, planning and implementation of contests, marketing and sales incentive structures.
  • Responsible for establishing training support and successful and smooth launch and roll out of the product in different locations.
  • Manage system releases of the product, in co-ordination with IT and Operations team.
  • Responsible for effective implementation of policies, procedures and roll out into the sales team.
  • Responsible for product profitability – Maintenance of IRR and cost structure of the business.
  • Exposure of LMS/LOS projects and BRD/SOP, Test Cases mandatory apart from Personal Loan Salaried domain knowledge

Key Responsibilities :

Mandatory Skills :

  • Conceptualizing Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.

The Role

  • Managing the point-of-sale processes.

Branch Manager

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
