Job Role :
- Responsible for managing multiple product portfolio within unsecured/secured products.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery in unsecured products.
- Responsible for sales support, planning and implementation of contests, marketing and sales incentive structures.
- Responsible for establishing training support and successful and smooth launch and roll out of the product in different locations.
- Manage system releases of the product, in co-ordination with IT and Operations team.
- Responsible for effective implementation of policies, procedures and roll out into the sales team.
- Responsible for product profitability – Maintenance of IRR and cost structure of the business.
- Exposure of LMS/LOS projects and BRD/SOP, Test Cases mandatory apart from Personal Loan Salaried domain knowledge
