The Sr Fleet Analyst will drive both tactical and strategic fleet decision-making through data analytics, metrics, and performance monitoring.
Starting salary is $65,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
A Day in the Life:
The Sr Fleet Analyst will be responsible for developing analytics to drive continuous improvement and the strategic direction of the fleet. This role will develop and productionize the KPIs that will monitor fleet and operational team performance.
What You’ll Do:
· Develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement and establish team level scorecards to measure performance
· Create dashboards and real-time reporting tools for both executive leadership as well as the various fleet operational teams
· Utilize analytics to create actionable insights that drive strategic direction

At Hertz, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build functional systems that improve customer experience we are now looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer.
This role is responsible for managing the cloud infrastructure including AWS & Databricks and CI/CD pipelines for the Data Platform and Data Engineering team. They will work closely with the Enterprise Cloud Platform Engineering team and leading the Enterprise DevOps team, acting as a bridge between development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to system administration tasks. Daily activities include but not limited to solution architecture, infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and automated infrastructure and application deployments across all software development lifecycles.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, and leveraging configuration management tools & a strong advocate of ITIL best practices, with deep expertise in Windows and Linux system administration, cloud services, and DevOps automation.

Director of Supply Chain Finance is a strategic leader responsible for divisional forecasting, reporting, analysis, and operational performance improvement for the supply chain organization. This role will be a business partner to the Procurement VP/EVP, informing and advising leader of financial performance, projections, and analysis of their ownership scope, giving strategic guidance to ensure financial health of the organization.
