About The Role:
We’re seeking someone passionate about Web3, keen to support creators, and eager to learn everything about Zora. You will engage directly with our community, helping to educate them on navigating the platform, answering questions, and contributing to the growth of our vibrant community.
Expected Commitment:
- Time Commitment: 20 hours per week, including at least one day on weekends.

What You’ll Do:
- Triage and prioritize support requests from various sources (social DMs, Front, X, Farcaster, etc.)
- Collaborate with teammates across time zones to provide round-the-clock coverage
- Help reduce response times across our key support channels
- Create tickets in Linear for the Product and Engineering teams to track bug fixes and product changes
- Perform appropriate content moderation actions across our platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, block explorers, tokens, and market mechanics
- Experience in customer support or community management
- Collaborative, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong writing skills and adept communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Familiarity with tokens, DEXs, and crypto on both L1s and L2s
- An interest in web3 news and culture, especially on Farcaster or X
- Hands-on experience trading, posting, or using Zora (or similar token/market platforms)
- Experience in community moderation or engagement
