Candidate will be responsible for generating & delivering Tiles business from private & Govt Projects & should have below skills
- Good liaising with leading builders associated with Private projects
- Good liaising with Inhouse/ exterior architects associated with private big projects
- Good PR with contractors associated with big projects of Govt and public sector
- Good product knowledge preferably in tiles industry
- Good communication skills
- Better negotiation skill
Desired Experience: –
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Project Sales especially in Tiles Industry.
Great relationship with Government bodies
Great relationship with Architects.
Key Responsibilities: –
Government Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with government agencies, public sector undertakings, and other relevant entities to drive sales of building materials/ Tiles Industry
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the government sector, including identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services as per government contracts.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on government procurement policies, standards, and regulations relevant to the building materials industry.
Networking: Participate in industry events, government meetings, and other forums to build a network and stay informed of potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
