Sr Customer Experience Professional

As a Sr Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes.

You will report directly to our Director of Customer Support and you’ll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor and track customer key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.

Logistics Associate

Utilize your logistics expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the execution of duties below: supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. Sr IT Database Administrator

As a Sr IT Database Administrator here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to work on ORACLE database development, architecture, and operations that are responsible for setting the database strategy and delivering a scalable and reliable data platform that supports Honeywell’s Digital Platform and Applications.

  • Ready to learn other core database technology like MS SQL, MySQL, open-source databases.

    Risk and Control oversight of DB environment ensuring engagement with DB Security and Engineering teams
  • Stay focused as part of Operational Database Support teams to troubleshoot and investigate Business impacting performance issues on need basis.
  • Seek leader’s guidance and apply knowledge of concepts and procedures to resolve issues
  • Participate in creation of standards, processes, and documentation for various database activities including architecture, user access, user termination, DB creation, DB migration, DB security, Service Now knowledge etc.,
  • Provide guidance to Operational Database Support teams to troubleshoot and investigate Business impacting performance issues on need basis.
  • Apply technical expertise to strategize for current/future technological developments and serve as point of contact for technical questions
