Fill service cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guest supplies in rooms and deliver VIP amenities. Remove trash and room service items. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Assess room cleanliness and if cleaning is required, notify Housekeeping of the required tasks (e.g., dirty linens, unmade bed, surface dust, carpets require vacuuming, etc.). Provide lifestyle services upon request, including but not limited to, packing and unpacking, pressing and ironing, shoe polishing, food and drink deliveries and setups, workout setups, etc.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. About the location:

What You Will Do:
- Lead proactive sales efforts to secure business across leisure, MICE, corporate, and luxury group segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate partners.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, client events, and sales missions to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of resorts facilities, features and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to align messaging, promotions, and property positioning in the global luxury market.
- Manage the full sales process including prospecting, contracting, revenue forecasting, and account management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, competitor analysis, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Support the pre-opening phase by contributing to database development, system configuration, sales strategies, and market launch activities.
- Actively promote Four Seasons AMAALA at Triple Bay and Four Seasons RED SEA, Shura Island standards of service and guest experience in every client interaction.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure optimal rate strategies and availability.
- Represent the resort in a professional and engaging manner aligned with the Four Seasons brand.
What You Bring:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in an international luxury resort environment.
- Strong network and familiarity within the GCC leisure and groups segment
- Experienced in European leisure or groups travel markets.
- Individual GCC or European leisure market experience would be considered
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with sales systems such as Delphi or Opera Sales & Catering is preferred.
