Job Role:

Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, informational content for Housr by

researching and writing content for various platforms while collaborating with other teams like

designers and developers to ensure that the content aligns with the company’s brand message.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should know how to write SEO-friendly content.
• Create content for all external and internal communication.
• Regularly produce and assist the existing team on various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, etc.
• Actively manage and promote our blog and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
• Edit content produced by other members of the team.
• Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
• Closely working with the leadership team and SEO team for all content-related subjects.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in English, Journalism or related field from Top DU Colleges.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a content writer/editor, preferably in a start-up.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

Resident Manager- Pune/ Bangalore

What the job involves:

• We are looking to hire highly energetic individuals with great communication, an impressive personality with high confidence and a hustler mindset!!
• You will be responsible for managing the entire P&L for the assigned property.
• We need 1-4 years of experience with a desire to grow in an early-stage start-up. If you like making people smile, this role is for you.
• You would act as an on-ground operations machine at Housr properties to ensure that the Housr residents have the most hassle-free experience.
• In this crucial role, it will be up to you to ensure that Housr buildings have the highest standard of living.
• Your work will directly impact the customer experience a most important metric for Housr.

Candidate has to stay at the property and:

• Oversee customer service & support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Supervise staff from different direct/indirect departments and provide constructive feedback. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Help to create a friendly team environment, providing support to colleagues & residents.
• Act as a role model for the team; setting and promoting a high level of service standards.
• Drive efficiencies for reactive and planned business.
• Manage the shift supervisor/s in scheduling the overall teams working activities.
• Vendor management and SLAs.
• Plan and organize effectively, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effectively engage with customers, colleagues and team members alike.
• Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met.
• Managing the overall P&L and sales for the property.

Prerequisites:

He/she should have excellent communication skills.

Candidate has to be ready to stay at the property. Accommodation and food will be provided by Housr.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a five-star hotel or Co-living setup.
• Must be good at handling customer issues.
• Should have handled operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency.

Senior Executive- Google Ads (Gurgaon/Bangalore/Hyderabad)

What the Job Involves:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics tools
• Should have demonstrated experience in generating leads through Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign budget management.
• Ability to work with large data sets, analyze and interpret data, and present insights clearly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to manage high budget campaign
• Sound knowledge in remarketing campaigns including Search & Video Ads.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads management & Facebook Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
