As a Talent Business Partner at Roblox, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to hiring leaders across Roblox’s Design & Creative teams. You Have:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion dedicated to hiring Design and Creative professionals (Product Designers, Art Directors, UX Researchers, etc.).
• A strong portfolio-review skill set, with the ability to discuss design process, hierarchy, and execution as a peer to the hiring manager.
• Success in a fast-paced environment, either in-house at a tech-forward company or within a high-caliber creative agency.
• Mastery of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dribbble, Behance, and other design-centric platforms.
• Experience managing complex offers, including a strong grasp of equity structures, relocation, and competitive creative compensation.
