Key Responsibilities
- Take a brief to grasp of needs and specifications of individual corporate shoot.
- Review script to create a shot decision and setting up cameras, audio devices and Lighting setup.
- Work with chrome lighting and anycasts to produce live mixed videos.
- Record videos with multiple camera set ups and lightings to produce different style of videos like interview, panel discussions, course materials videos, role plays, activity demonstrations etc.
- Regularly collaborate with SME’s and creative professionals to create professional videos.
- Will be involved in all stages from pre-production, script reading and storyboarding if-required, production framing, shooting and set design & post-production editing
- Continuously discover and implement new ways for better shot and better video editing ways.
Skills
- Videography – Familiar with Camera, lens, different lights and audio setup of both outdoor and indoor shoot environment.
- Creative Design – Creative mind and storytelling skills

Experience range: 1 – 4 years
Qualification – MBA HR
The requirement is for Employee Relations team and the person will be based out of the respective Development Centre.
The involves Engagement initiatives & Cultural, Employee Emergency, Health & wellness, Induction, Policy Deployment and Evaluation, Internal Communication, Employee Counseling.
This role will also involve exposure to Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Investigations and Employee Feedback Mechanism.
The role may involve interaction with local authorities on need basis, hence a understanding of local language would be an added advantage, though not mandated.
Candidates with prior experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling will be preferred.
