Mainframe Console Operations

About the job

You will be joining mainframe Operations Center team working 24*7 responsible for end-to-end monitoring and change delivery for One of the Largest European Bank’s Mainframe infrastructures managed by Infosys Limited. Our goal is to ensure best in class service availability for Bank’s critical Mission platform and maintain service delivery KPIs and SLAs as agreed. We also strive for constant optimization and automation by driving value addition initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders (internal and external) across the bank and infrastructure teams and there is an opportunity to upskill your technical knowledge.   • Performing system health checks.
  • Perform IPL on all the LPARs during maintenance window and troubleshooting during the IPL.
