Job Overview
As our Executive Travel Program Manager, you play an instrumental role in augmenting the travel experience for our top-level executives. Relying on your proven skills, you will ensure individualized, seamless, top-tier travel services while attentively managing any unique requests or changes.
Your primary objective is to establish and uphold strong relationships with our key personnel and international teams to provide globally compliant, yet locally adapted support. Leadership and Strategy
- Building and managing relationships with senior executives and international teams to ensure globally compliant and locally relevant travel support.

Executive Travel Support
- Responsible for the daily operations of our executive travel program, including jet operations and coordination with third party aviation providers, ensuring it aligns with our organizational culture, policies, safety and security guidelines.
- Keeping up with recent developments in the business travel environment to drive continuous improvement in our travel program.
- Fortifying collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to enhance our travel support systems.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and policies regarding travel arrangements and expenditures.
- Coordinating with the data and analytics team to generate and automate proactive reporting and dashboards for leaders.
Private Jet Operations and Support
- Overseeing the entire operations related to executive private aviation programs to provide seamless, quality services.
- Analyzing jet usage and jet hours to optimize program utilization and billing.
- Monitoring and reconciling the usage and billing of private jets with related invoices and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Reporting any discrepancies in the jet operations for immediate resolution.
- Using data analytics to analyze trends in the private jet usage to forecast and manage demand.
- Close collaboration with our executive assistants, travel-management company, aviation partners, and corporate security to ensure a meticulous execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Supporting the effective interactions between executives, travel assistants, travel team leaders, and other stakeholders in the travel program.
- Promoting open and transparent communication, feedback, and collaboration between all involved parties.

Hardware IT Asset Manager
Come join the Intuit Asset Management Team as a Business Analyst II. We are responsible for managing all endpoints being distributed to Intuit workers in the US and in global sites. This is a challenging position that covers equipment purchasing, financial management and tracking, forecasting, vendor management, troubleshooting and working with internal partners to capture requirements for different areas of the business.
