Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage all aspects of cash flow. Manage day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the funds’ financial obligations and repatriation objectives.
- Coordination of property manager’s quarterly cash transfers from rent to current accounts. Planning, booking & administration of foreign currency exchange requirements.
- Overview and development of cash flow reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Participation in budgeting and cash planning
- Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions.
- Processes and systems – Recommend cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
- Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements, procedures, and policies. Ensure corporate and treasury policies are adhered to Coordinate with the team support for transactions (acquisitions, disposals, financing) and other projects as needed:
- Coordination and regular monitoring (updating) of the Funds Flows. Identification and monitoring of Equity / income flows within Fund structure / business plans
- Liaising with internal treasury as well as other departments: – Ensure business plans are properly implemented (income vs equity, financing rate etc.) and address specific issues.
- Validation of the distribution amount by checking cash balances – identify variances and prepare variance report.
- Monitor bank and debt covenant compliance in accordance with underlying financing agreements. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits our funds’ requirements.
- Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
- Managing intercompany loan positions (DD/Funding) and set up of controls for funds transfers.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Treasury and Treasury Admin team as well as other departments, such as KYC team, accounting team and Corporate AP team for delivering the excellence our counterparts expect.
- Shared Mailbox Maintenance: Accountable for teams’ productivity in the payment and authorization mailbox coordinate and delegate where necessary
- Risk Management: Review B-wise reports created by the team on the occurrence of duplicate, missed or delayed payment proactively.
Work Experience and Knowledge:
- Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements.
- 1-3 years of experience in Real estate Treasury and accounting
- Experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration is added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and forward-thinking; result oriented.
- With high learning ability and positive curiosity.
- Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member.
- Expertise in MS Office including Advanced Excel, Macros and PowerPoint

Principal Accountabilities
- Scheme accounting review and all MIS related to scheme.
- Strong Trail balance control regular Trail balance review
- Scheme financials -Half yearly, Annual and Abridged
- Strong control over scheme expenses and various MIS pertaining to the same.
- Schemes Distributable surplus – Analysis, review, regular change or highlighting to the management.
- Review of NAV and scheme return.
- Strong control over security valuation affecting the scheme.
- Liaising with the Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and SEBI Auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits for various departmental issues.
- Implementation of new projects and changes brought because of regulatory or business requirement.
- Support all new initiatives including system development.
- Benchmarking similar industry practices and work towards implementation of best practise
- Identifying risk and putting effective controls for various processes
- Regular review and update of relevant process manuals and SLA’s
- Having hold on existing SEBI mutual Funds regulations and vision on implementing the new regulation affecting fund accounting areas

- Knowledge of NAV Calculations, Fund Accounting and Fund Expense
- Valuation of Securities
- MS office with special expertise in Excel, Bloomberg, and other related software

Your Team
The customer service team is responsible for client onboarding, transaction processing and liasion with the RTA for post sales service related queries.
Your Role
The CSO will manage the front office and responsbile for accepting and processing of transactions and client onboarding + sales support.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Manage all the regulatory activities such as STR, CTR, QTR and other reporting to SEBI / AMFI / Compliance.
- Generate MIS reports for the team and prepare dashboards for senior management and Board presentations.
- Understand the complete branch operation functions such as receiving/ verifying applications and time stamping. Be the RTA liaison for the Ops teams and coordinate centrally for escalations from branches.
- Generating MIS reports for the zone and sharing with sales head as per request. Support the sales team w.r.t. new product information, regulatory changes etc. Liaison between Sales and RTA for quick resolution of queries and grievances
- Provide feedback and suggestions on products / processes of peers and best practice sharing. Share ideas and suggestions on process automation and improvement of productivity
The Experience You Bring:
- Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in branch operations for a Mutual Fund / AMC
- Should have worked in a AMC branch with retail and institutional presence
- Expert knowledge of MS-Office applications especially MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory procedures, documentation, and frameworks (KYC, AML etc.)
- NISM VA certified
