Sales Coordinator

Jackson and Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.

 

The Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison for assigned Recruiting Consultants, contractors, and appropriate client contacts with current assignments, as well as contractors in the process of being privileged and/or booked. Supports activities required to place a contractor on his/her assignment. Provides ongoing communication support both internally and externally. Develops a strong understanding of contractor/client needs. Assumes responsibility for the daily operations of assigned recruiting consultants and accounts.  Plans, develops and implements client support activities and internal support across CORE divisions.

 

Additional Details:

  • Assist recruiters with contractor presentations, new bookings, extensions and contract addendums.
  • Support specialty teams (VMS and Government) with document collection for bids and contractor presents.
  • Update required databases with contractor presents and contract information for contractor assignments, ensuring all documents are properly executed via DocuSign.
  • Obtain contractor availability and coordinate client shift scheduling.
  • Audit contractor scheduling to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Assist with the collection of outstanding privileging and licensing items (references, forms)
  • Support the accounting team with the resolution of contractor pay or client invoice concerns (finding service records, bonuses, pro-rates, OT and travel issues).
  • Coordinate service record/expense report support with the Service Coordinator Team.
  • Responsible for updating, maintaining and distributing sales division, daily leads contacted and monthly client reports.
  • Manage daily activity distribution, service record reminders and team announcements via email and/or Workplace.
  • Send confirmation and service record reminders to contractors.
  • Oversee the distribution and collection of contractor certificate of insurance, licensing letter of intent and 1099 forms.
  • Assist recruiting efforts by sourcing new contractors and adding to database.
  • Coordinate delivery of contractor and client gifts to support Moments That Matter Initiative.
  • Responsible for out of office email coverage for recruiters.
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for division needs to include scheduling meetings and ordering lunches.

Senior Search Consultant

The Sr. Search Consultant is responsible for partnering consultatively with assigned clients to find the right provider candidates for their open searches. The Sr. Search Consultant is also responsible for traveling to meet with clients onsite and utilizing JPS’s resources creatively and effectively to source the best candidates. This is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity in Chesterfield, MO.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

  • Engage with candidates and clients via phone, email, video calls, and/or text on a regular basis and be able to compile and provide verbal and written confirmations of information.
  • Match providers with healthcare facilities on the basis of qualifications, culture fit, career aspirations, and other information that is important to both providers and healthcare facilities.
  • Resolves client issues in creative ways where the analysis of data requires evaluation and innovation.
  • Assist provider candidates with booking travel arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to create effective onsite interview itineraries.
  • Gathers, analyzes, interprets and presents relevant data to clients to help them make better decisions.
  • Advises, or makes recommendations or suggestions to clients to conduct searches and fill healthcare facility staffing needs.
  • Achieve personal productivity goals and metrics.
  • Contact providers to proactively source viable candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates with attention to detail and prompt follow up.
  • Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment related activity.
  • Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates.
  • Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities and update job advertisements on a regular basis.
  • Meet with clients in person at the client’s facility to solicit and compile information regarding search(es) for personal clients and team members’ clients.
  • Offer, negotiate and close offers of employment to provider candidates on behalf of clients.

 

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years successful sales or recruiting experience preferred; more experienced candidates welcome to apply.
  • 3+ years of healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Up to 30% travel required.

  • Regular presence in office is required. A hybrid work schedule is available requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office, possibly more depending on performance per company policy.
