ROLE:

We’re looking for a super passionate associate to join our Audience Experience team. The Audience Experience team manages customer conversations from across the globe over various digital channels (Email, Twitter, Facebook, and App/Play Store). Senior Product Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

● Defining metrics, drive roadmaps, and uncover opportunities to improve the JioSaavn product and its features and ensure accuracy of data capture strategy across all platforms.

● Responsible for gathering and prioritising product and business requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Product managers, data engineers and business teams for delivering product strategies and goals.

● Author user stories, work with aligned feature teams ; Pods to refine requirements, define success criteria, design solutions, and drive change required to deliver on business goals.

● Use statistical methods to generate and test hypotheses for AB tests. This includes performing analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required. Is proficient at collecting, processing, and cleaning data from disparate sources using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.

● Identify areas for efficiency across data domains, such as the elimination of duplicate data or buggy data from different platforms.

● Providing assistance to the Product Team with data analysis and guiding the product decisions based on insights from data validation & A/B Test results.

● Willing to take ownership of the product on both strategic and tactical fronts.

● Documenting and speaking clearly, the complex ideas & findings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 3-4 years of experience of working in a high growth analytics team for a consumer-facing product

● Adept in writing optimised SQL/Hive Query & knowledge about Big Data infrastructure will be an advantage in working with the data engineering team

● Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and spark is a PLUS

● Strong hold in scripting languages like Python/R

● Proficiency in web/product analytics tools like Google analytics, Amplitude, web analytics etc.

● Sound understanding of statistical/predictive modelling and segmentation techniques

● The candidate must exhibit a thorough understanding of data structures, data manipulation,

metadata, data security, and data quality management

● Be great in translating data to insights, and publishing reports with relevant visualisations

● Strong communication/interpersonal skills along with an eye for detail

● Execute projects in Agile methodology and should be hands-on with scrum development process

● The candidate must have an educational background in Engineering, or a related discipline. In

addition, the candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-4 years of experience or higher.

Software Engineer, Android

ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and experienced (1-3years) Android Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Android platform and a passion for building exceptional mobile applications. You will collaborate with product

managers, designers, and other engineers to create user-friendly, high-performance, and scalable solutions that delight our users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for JioSaavn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven 1-3years experience as an Android developer with a portfolio of published apps.
• Proficiency in Android app lifecycles, Java, xml and Kotlin.
• Experience with Android frameworks such as local data store, app compilation process etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Sockets to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Understanding of Android’s design principles and interface guidelines.

Principal Engineer, AI

JOB ROLE:

The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into the platform. Additionally, the Principal AI Scientist mentors junior scientists, promotes best practices in AI, and stays abreast of the latest advancements in the field to ensure JioSaavn remains at the forefront of technology. Other key responsibilities include publishing research findings, contributing to strategic decision-making, and driving innovation to solve complex problems related to audio content analysis, user behaviour prediction, and real-time data processing. The goal is to leverage AI to create more engaging, personalized, and efficient streaming experiences for JioSaavn user base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive advancements and optimize search and recommendation KPIs by implementing cutting-edge, innovative solutions

• Monitor and develop best practices in AI/ML implementation across teams

• Stay up to date with latest research in space of AI and keep team aware

• Collaborate with product managers , search managers and scientists across different teams to improve processes and applying best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics ,operations research or engineering with 9+ year of
