Primary Responsibilities
As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFIs.
- Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related documents.
- Take a leadership role in the QA/QC process, material expediting and tracking.
- Aid in the management of subcontractors and other team members.
- Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards
- Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts.
- Coordinate the purchasing of essential safety supplies, products, or training items.
What You Bring to Us
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred; or 3-5 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management of multifamily, tenant fit out or hospitality renovation projects in the $1 million – $10 million dollar range
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of project budgeting and job costing
- General contracting and/or construction subcontracting experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven supervisory/management skills and ability to motivate/manage team

The Volunteer Graphic Designer will support the organization by creating visually engaging, on-brand assets across digital and print platforms. This role works under the guidance of the Creative Director and collaborates with members of the operations, communications, and program teams.

Key Responsibilities

the sr. business analyst is a technical resource that serves as a liaison between the business and salesforce development team. the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written. they will have an ability to analyze and distill complex business needs into business requirements/user stories. they will work closely with the salesforce development team to design, develop and deliver scalable, extensible, and sustainable solutions. this person will lead business requirement gathering sessions, creation of user stories within jira and assisting with the delivery of technical solutions. the scope of work for this individual covers all stages of the software development lifecycle (sdlc).

- strong verbal and written communication skills. must maintain sufficient business and technical expertise to be comfortable communicating business and technical requirements with a wide audience
- strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems. this includes risk definition, establishing quality control and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
- detailed oriented, highly collaborative, and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges
- in-depth knowledge of salesforce administration; security, standard/custom objects, reports/dashboards, and release management and sandbox environments
