Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for the Sustainability Solutions team in John Deere’s Intelligent Solutions Group, you will define & execute our product strategy through customer discovery, owning delivery of both prototypes and production-grade software, and iterating quickly to achieve product-market fit for both B2B and B2C products. An ideal candidate can handle ambiguity well, make “no regrets” decisions quickly, navigate a complex and technical environment with many stakeholders, and guide relationships with key partners. As part of this, you will:
- Deeply understand the market and own voice of the customer through direct interaction with customers, as well as by deriving leverage through Deere’s Production System teams
- Establish a clear product strategy and evangelize this across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Translate product vision into detailed requirements for engineering, data science, design, and customer success. - Track record of using data to drive decisions

As a Part-Time Student – UX Designer for John Deere at the Technology Innovation Center located in Champaign, IL, you will:
- Support John Deere’s Manufacturing Business UX Team and gain industry experience by documenting user needs, developing research protocols, conducting user studies, analyzing data, and recommending improvements for our digital experiences
