We are searching for the best talent for the Product Manager, UPTRAVI HCP Marketing in the Titusville, NJ area.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager will execute marketing plans to support growth and business plan initiatives to drive UPTRAVI®’s growth. Key components will include:

  • Lead overarching non-personal promotion strategy and tactics for the brand including media, search, custom programs, omnichannel and brand website to pull through brand messaging and campaign with impact.
  • Manage print resources for the brand to support field sales execution while optimizing the field resource inventory.
  • Execution of detailed tactical plans, agency management, budget management, sales support materials, compliance review, and creative/message development and implementation.
  • Partnership with Field Facing Teams and Sales Learning and Development to gain insights, identify unmet needs, gain feedback on field resources and competency development needs.
  • Development and deployment of effective field communications and field-facing brand materials.
  • Collaboration and integration with cross-functional business partners from Medical, V&E, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Field Facing Teams, and Regulatory/Legal/Compliance to execute the tactical plans.
  • Lead brand content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence to measure the impact of brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate the brand initiatives in PAH related congresses.
  • Align personal and non-personal tactics to brand strategy and customer segmentation.
  • Contribute to a culture of candor, teamwork, trust, and ownership as part of the marketing team.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • MBA or advanced degree is helpful, but not required.

Required

  • 5 years of pharmaceutical experience
  • Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall eye for business and interdependent partnering.
  • Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities and must demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Marketing experience

  • People management experience

In this role as an Area Manager, you and your clinical partner will be responsible for driving growth in this expansion territory. Responsibilities

  • Promote & sell Impella® product line to established customers (physicians and Heart Teams including Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, and Administrators).

  • Create account/territory business plans and build programs.
  • Exceed sales for assigned territory.
  • Initiate Impella® development activities focused on increasing awareness in the market.
  • Lead clinical teams whose expertise help drive Impella® adoption in assigned territory.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in cardiovascular medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite.
  • A proven track record in leading and motivating teams to successfully achieve quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology.
  • Direct patient support experience.
  • Availability for emergent patient care.
  • Ability to drive patient outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight
  • Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry.

  • Bachelors degree preferred or 10 years of cardiology industry experience.
  • Experience selling within assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for End to End Supply/Demand Planning for Biosurgery Products
  • Executes comprehensive analysis of internal/external supply chains to develop and implement continuous improvements that deliver target service levels while achieving inventory objectives and optimizing total costs
  • Responsible for sharing forecast requirements with supply planning partners, and working with them to align on a balanced production strategy to meet Customer Service and Inventory targets
  • Support analysis and continuous SLOB improvement projects
  • Support weekly MPS Review call with Global and Regional Demand Planning teams to review impact of demand and supply plans throughout the supply chain network and account for demand variability in supply planning processes.
  • Support monthly Internal S&OP meeting with cross-functional team to share supplier strategies, performance, key initiatives, and inventory impact.
  • Collaborates with Suppliers on long term supplier capacity, supplier performance, and various projects.

Qualifications

Education:

Organizes, manages and controls projects in Surgical Vision Supply Chain; for Product Management and or Value Stream (VS) Projects. Leads the cross-functional team and manages the development, roll-out, and implementation of all aspects of a complex supply chain program including ancillary Supply Chain initiatives (Packaging, Automation Programs)

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all aspects of VS project activities and is responsible for overall project success including FPOs as they relate to Operations.
  • Responsible for facilitating and developing cross functional project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful transfer and commercialization of NP and/or Execution of VS initiatives with all necessary organizations. (Engineering, Operations, Planning, Sourcing, etc.)

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Project management experience required.
