Responsibilities

  • Help in handling customers through all touchpoints – Calls, Emails, Chats & ORM
  • Achieve the First Response TAT ,CSAT/CES as per set targets

Sr. Manager Marketing

As our  Sr. Manager Marketing,  you will be devising and executing a data-driven, non-performance marketing growth strategy for Junglee Rummy, focusing on unpaid digital acquisition channels like referrals, SEO, and content marketing. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize the acquisition funnel through A/B testing, consumer research, and creative partnerships to drive user growth and explore innovative acquisition methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute a data-led user growth strategy (non-performance marketing-led) for Junglee Rummy
  • Devise strategies to scale beyond the usual and broaden the top of the funnel using unpaid digital acquisition channels (like referral programs, social sharing, product marketing, migration journeys – cross-sell, SEO/ ASO, content marketing, and more)
  • Work closely with product and performance marketing teams to optimize the top of the funnel – improve the acquisition funnel through multiple product A/B tests and conversion journey experiments
  • Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding-backed ideas to unlock growth
  • Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
  • Partner with creative team and brand marketing to churn out new content/ creatives
  • Build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisaging a spectrum of possibilities beyond plain vanilla optimization

Requirements:

  • – at least 5on-the-feet years of experience in B2C mobile app acquisition marketing, RMG experience would be an added plus
  • – should have worked with cross-functional teams including product/ BI/ design/ content/ brand teams
  • – very strong with data/ insight generation, fluent with MS Excel
  • – structured problem-solving with on the feet thinking
  • – good communication/ presentation skills verbal and written
  • – should be good with stakeholder management
  • – tier 1 institute MBA preferred
  • – should have attention to detail, a high bias for action, and give importance to rigour; should be agile

Head of Public Relations and Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and implement an integrated PR strategy to promote the company’s products, values, and vision to both gaming communities and a wider audience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Craft press releases, media kits, and communication material that align with the company’s tone, style, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the consistency of brand messages across all communication channels (press releases, interviews, social media, etc.).
  • Manage executive communications, including speechwriting, public appearances, and thought leadership content.

Reputation Management:

  • Lead crisis communication strategies to mitigate risk, handle sensitive issues, and protect the company’s reputation in critical moments.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring clear, effective, and transparent messaging to media, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Develop proactive crisis communication plans and media training for key company spokespersons.

Leadership Collaboration:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and other departments to ensure cohesive communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in PR, and corporate communications, with a strong focus on crisis management and CSR, ideally in the tech, gaming, or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR and communication strategies.
  • Exceptional crisis management experience, with the ability to navigate complex situations and protect brand reputation.
  • Strong media relations and network with industry contacts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a keen understanding of branding and storytelling.
