POSITION SUMMARY
KKR’s Client Operations team seeks to recruit an experienced professional who is passionate about providing a high-quality client experience and enhancing data, processes, and technological solutions to join the Client Operations Team and assume responsibility for posting client materials to the KKR portal and sending client communications through Salesforce. This role will be one of several identical roles in different geographical locations globally to ensure follow-the-sun posting and communications capabilities for the firm. The responsibility is large and growing and is an opportunity to work in a cross-functional capacity with key stakeholders inside and external to KKR.
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
- As a critical member of a global team, manage the posting of internal and external client materials to the KKR Investor portal
- Adhere to strict processes for posting materials according to fund and client specifications, which often become quite complex
- Manage a high volume of material to post and ensure that it is formatted, named and tracked consistent with articulated procedures
- Monitor and curate firmwide posting and communications based on intake form and provide posting and communication status to key stakeholders
- Execute on daily client communications through Sales and Marketing Cloud by running and checking campaigns, utilizing templates, and managing ad-hoc mailings
- Work closely with Client Services leadership and team members to establish a global support/processing model
- Collaborate with other groups to centralize processing and establish clear protocols for document management
- When needed, execute on timely and tightly coordinated communication plans
- Work with internal departments on bespoke situations as well as internal management and controls
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record from an accredited college or university
- Two years of relevant experience, preferably working in financial communications
- Experience with portal environments and Salesforce, including creating emails and sending campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud

POSITION OVERVIEW
K-Star is seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent, and diligent associate to join the Compliance Department. The associate will be responsible for assisting team members with the governance, oversight, reporting, and active management across the platform, and should be able to monitor compliance requirements and performance. The candidate will also be expected to participate in special assignments. This candidate must be an exceptional communicator with a goal towards stellar process execution and must have the ability to build strong partnerships across the various KKR businesses, including the Firm’s real estate credit originations, legal, finance and asset management teams.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide compliance, oversight, monitoring and reporting for K-Star’s asset management and servicing platform
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the compliance program, including state licensing program requirements and reporting, entity and state registration program requirements and reporting, conflicts checks requests and wall cross checks requests, and KYC/AML related requests and/or submissions
- Manage K-Star’s annual compliance reporting communications, compliance notices and documents (digital and/or physical)
- Coordinate the annual review of policies and procedures and assist with drafting, revising, and maintaining policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of K-Star Compliance & Operational Risk Management Compliance Committee materials review, including ongoing maintenance of compliance risk assessments and assisting with testing and monitoring of Compliance controls
- Assist in coordinating with colleagues in the Legal/Compliance team and other teams to identify and address any gaps between existing processes, including information barrier management and restricted list analysis
- Manage pooling and servicing agreement abstracts for compliance and reporting requirements for Securities and the servicing agreements for compliance and reporting requirements for Direct Lending
- Participate in special projects as needed to implement and maximize new technologies to support K-Star’s platform
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial real estate finance or servicing
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience

POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking an investment analyst at the Analyst/Associate level to join the Structured Credit Portfolio Management team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will bring 1-4 years of relevant experience to the role and will be expected to assist the team with the following tasks:
• Recommending trades based on relative value or to improve portfolio metrics, presenting to investment committee on trade ideas and market update.
• Monitoring CLO portfolio performance and improving in house analytical infrastructure supporting portfolio management

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
• Background in CLO/structured credit trading, structuring or investing

• Strong communication/interpersonal skills to liaise with investors and various groups across KKR Credit & Markets
• Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to roll up sleeves and perform deep dive investment analysis
