Treasury Manager, Capital Markets
This role will be a key part of the Capital Markets team within the Global Koch Treasury Group in Wichita, KS. The Capital Market team supports a range of finance areas across the broader Koch CFO Organization and our various operating companies. These areas include capital market (debt raising) efforts, monitoring and supporting our existing companies credit ratings, leading our enterprise’s overall interest rate and foreign currency strategic views, all while building and maintaining our strategic banking relationships.
Our Team
The Capital Market team is a four-person organization within our Koch Treasury Capability, based in Wichita, KS. This new role will report to the Director of Capital Markets, and will interact closely with the Assistant Treasurer, Supervisor, and Analyst on the team. The role will also work closely across the Treasury Group as well as the CFO Organization.
What You Will Do
- Support Assistant Treasurer and Treasury Director on significant capital market efforts
- Support includes creating valuation, scenario, and marginal analysis modeling and support in handling various financing agreements, providing insights, feedback, and strategic points
- Monitor and analyze capital markets (interest rate, credit markets, etc.) to asses impacts on the companies, including impacts to various investments, debt instruments, etc.
- Be able to lead and manage multiple finance related projects of varying importance, while also being flexible for competing priorities
- Capable of being a key resource for other Treasury and CFO organization teams (Tax, Accounting, Legal, etc.) for insight and knowledge about capital market efforts, including market intelligence on interest rate and foreign currency markets
- Provide recommendations and insights senior leadership regarding various capital market efforts
- Assist with other Treasury priorities and initiatives as needed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including high degree of proficiency with building financial models in Excel. Key Excel function includes use of Lookup & Reference, Statistical, and/or key Financial formulas.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, presenting recommendations and experience getting challenged on recommendations.
- Experience distilling complex ideas into clear and concise summary points including strong analytical capabilities.
- Encountered working on or reviewing financing agreements, such as debt financings, commercial real estate agreements, and/or complex contract negotiations
- Previously worked on or led transformative treasury or finance related projects

- Previous Capital Market experience at large corporate Treasury departments

Scheduler
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 – $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. We are open to candidates working from the Wichita, KS office, KAES Plant locations, or remotely. Periods of extended travel to support construction planning and execution will be required. Long term assignments requiring an agreement will be allotted a per diem.
Regular schedule will be a flexible 8-hour Monday through Friday.
What You Will Do
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with site personnel and other capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and implement schedule management plans and schedule basis.
- Lead group facilitation of schedule development, integration and optimization working sessions such as interactive planning sessions, schedule reviews, and Value Creation Events (VCEs)
- Provide stakeholders near-real time access to the current schedule to enable timely decision making.
- Assess schedule risks and collaborate with Project/Turnaround teams on mitigations.
- Serve as the Primavera P6 liaison for each subcontractor and manage the integrated master schedule.
- Analyze schedule data to assess performance and generate actionable insights
- Identify critical and near critical path activities and optimize.
- Troubleshoot data integrations across systems (e.g., Maximo, Tableau, P6, Procore)
- Collaborate with other Schedulers and share knowledge.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with Primavera P6 software application or similar
- Field Construction experience
- Experience with reading and understanding technical documents (e.g., P&IDs/Schematics/Isometric fabrication drawings, engineering specifications, etc.)
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, etc.), PowerPoint (Presentation creation/editing), and Word (creating and modifying documents and tables)
- Experience with adapting to and applying new processes, technologies, or systems within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data analysis and translating insights into action.

Program Manager

Rotating Equipment Mechanic
Koch Fertilizer, Enid is a leading nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing company that focuses on supplying various nitrogen fertilizer products to customers across North America.
What You Will Do
- Preventative maintenance work and repairs on rotating equipment from small water pumps to high-speed multi-component compressor trains
- Predictive maintenance technologies like hand-held vibration monitoring, ultra-sonic detection (UE) and lube-oil analysis (MLT/MLA) on rotating equipment
- Alignment of rotating equipment with laser alignment and reverse dial indicators
- Precision maintenance repairs and the use of precision measuring tools
- Steam turbine preventative maintenance and repair
- Horizontal and vertical pump repair
- Manage daily workflow activities and work orders utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Centrifugal and reciprocating compressor preventative maintenance and repair
- Troubleshooting equipment failures and deficiencies
- Improve, develop, and implement maintenance process improvements and efficiencies
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working with rotating equipment or equivalent education (i.e.: technical training/coursework in a mechanical, industrial, or similar field)
Physical Requirements:
