KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Valuations practice.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare valuation models and reports for various types of machinery and personal property asset classes
- Formulate market research for various industries to estimate replacement costs and fair value estimates
- Support useful lives and depreciation techniques for all types of machinery and equipment
- Review valuation reports for reasonableness
- Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of relevant real estate appraisal experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance or business from an accredited college/university
- Completion of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; American Society of Appraisers Machinery & Equipment courses a plus
- Previous experience using Argus, Microsoft Word and Excel

Data Protection Analyst, Office of General Counsel

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory and Professional Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer, and working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel, Regulatory and Professional Compliance, the Data Protection Analyst is responsible for the preparation of Privacy Impact Assessments, remediation of privacy and data breaches, and providing support for the Firm’s privacy and data protection compliance processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-caliber in-house legal team in a thriving and progressive international organization.
What you will do
- Perform Privacy Impact Assessments for new technologies, applications, processes and service lines;
- Remediate and document data breaches (privacy and confidentiality);
- Provide support in connection with the Firm’s data protection compliance program and projects; and
- Support internal and external data protection audits, reviews and certifications.

What you bring to the role
- At least 3 years’ experience in preparing Privacy Impact Assessments and in remediating data breaches at a large Canadian organization;
- Knowledgeable in all Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws and regulations; and
- Certification as a Canadian privacy specialist, while not mandatory, is preferable.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high-quality and timely work product in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance marketing objectives, helping to drive traffic and demand within the firm’s internal network
• Support paid search, paid social and display/programmatic channels internally and help manage external agencies/partners on strategic media buys
• Collaborate with other members of the Digital Channel Activation team (ABM, Email, Automation, Journey Planning) in planning and executing omnichannel campaigns, as well as functional marketing colleagues, external agencies, creative and content strategy team, and other key stakeholders
• Execute creative upload and tag, creation, and management for our search, display and social activity, using tools like Search Ads 360, Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Display Video 360, etc.
• Support the execution of tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum results
• Manage budgeting and invoicing
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 of recent experience in digital marketing (search, social, display) and demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget using effective project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks, with strong organizational and task prioritization abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate large, highly matrixed organizations, understands multi-channel optimization best practices and effectively implement them
