Responsibilities
We are recruiting for a Analyst in the lead Management Team within Marketing team. Working as a Analyst in the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Data Augmentation/Verification by identifying Leads and obtain information on KPMG account roles and contacts, and entity demographic information, including company revenue, industry, market, hub, relationship strength, account classification, etc.
- Keeping a close eye on Task queue of Salesforce for data enrichment for active hand raisers, scored contacts and scored leads.
- Manually quality-check augmented information and creating Task to transfer information to the Distribution Queue.
- Distribution of high-quality leads to business based on assigned marketing campaigns.
- Keeping a close check on mails and data update requirement by onshore team.
- Close collaboration with sub-team senior members and maintain high standards of quality in delivery.
- Timely delivery to sub-team seniors and lead and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to onshore.
- Maintaining data accuracy in terms of following step-by-step instructions maintained in SOPs applied to all the processes of team.
- Proactively attending the client calls and clarify their issues and concerns.
- Assistance to team head on reporting and analytics on team process.
- Contribute towards process documentation, efficiencies and process improvements.
- Provide insight into scored leads/contacts, i.e., identify content/channels with little engagement to help Marketing understand what’s working, what’s not working.

Job Description:
As a QA Manager you will do the following:
- Develop, Execute and Manitain Software to Test the Product
- Use Industry leading technical abilities to significantly improve the product quality
- Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
- Strong manual testing experience to understand requirements and then articulate it into positive and negative test scenarios
- Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) Lead with evaluating software requirements and developing QA plans, QA test scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases and/or Develop test case generation techniques including test plans and test cases using requirements and design documents while specifying testing overview, approach, strategy, scope, roles, and responsibilities
- Assist in the identification of QA tasks and the associated level of effort for project plans and proactively work with application QA, and development team right from inception through functional validation and final release
- Prepare and execute acceptance testing of new or revised modules, and automated test scripts
- Help to ensure that high severity bugs are caught during the QA phase and provide the appropriate feedback to the development group on usability, functionality, and quality of user experience

Skill Set Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
- 11+ years of experience as an SDET, developer or strong automation engg
- Proficient in OOP’s concepts
- Hands on experience in core Java/ C#
- Hands on expertise in SQL
- Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience developing product test harnesses

KGS | EWT Security | Security Technical Assessment Analyst
Job Description
The role involves supporting the end to end Security Technical Assessment service. The security Technical Assessments service helps defend KPMG and its clients by ensuring Security Technical assessments of KPMG information assets are performed and pro-actively driving findings and remediations in conjunction with Enterprise wide and Technology engineering teams, in alignment with KPMG risk objectives.
Responsibilities
The Security Technical Assessment Analyst will:
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties to
- perform security technical configuration reviews,
- perform security technical assessments,
- support the delivery of security testing across the software development lifecycle on technology solutions & services,
- support the completion of Red Team exercises,
- proactively manage the end to end penetration testing process for technology solutions,
- review any technical security exception requests, providing recommendations and documenting findings and actions and
- provide risk-based pragmatic technical security advice and recommendations;
- Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction, by delivering quality service and escalation of issues as necessary;
- Influence colleagues to drive technical remediation in a collaborative manner in line with KPMG risk appetite;
- Identify and drive security technical assessments service improvements, especially using automation.
- Provide advice to security technical assessments service owner on ways to improve control mechanisms, identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks,
- Attend and support internal and external audits from a security technical assessments service perspective;
- Support investigations and resolutions of security problems to find a root cause and find a balanced outcome;
- Provide analysis on trends and proactively highlight issues and areas of concern;
- Create any required documentation to support the security technical assessment conducted;
- Maintain and update service documentation, such as process guides;
- Assist with reporting to leadership and other service stakeholders on service performance (against KPIs) and risk exposure (against KRIs).
- Input to development of security technical assessments standards and security policies;
- Work towards and achieve or extend professional certifications as part of personal development.
Qualifications
You must have:
- Very good and relevant experience in a similar security technical assessment analyst role;
- Understanding of tooling associated with security technical assessments such as AWS Config, Azure Policy, Static Application Security Testing and Dynamic Application Security Testing;
- Experience and knowledge in security technical assessments of applications and infrastructure within the Cloud, such as AWS and Azure;
- Experience working with external penetration testing vendors;
- Experience of successfully working in a fast paced, customer service environment, delivering high quality information security services;
It would be advantageous if you can demonstrate some, or all of:
- Experience scoping and overseeing Red Team testing;
- Experience working with external third parties;
- Experience and knowledge of Google Cloud Platform;
- Experience and knowledge of container or serverless platforms;
- Powershell scripting
- Any security or vulnerability management product certification.
