>>Job Summary

The E-Learning Design Analyst will specialize in creating high-quality, interactive, and engaging e-learning content using e-learning software like: Synthesia and Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). This role is centered on designing digital learning materials, video-based tutorials, and interactive modules using e-learning software. The ideal candidate will be proficient in instructional design, with a strong focus on utilizing these specific software tools to create learner-centered experiences that enhance engagement and knowledge retention.

>>Key Responsibilities

1. E-Learning Content Creation:

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 or other similar software, ensuring that content is interactive, visually appealing, and aligned with pre-decided learning objectives.

• Create AI-generated video content using Synthesia or other similar software to develop high-quality instructional videos, integrating them into e-learning platforms.

• Apply adult learning principles to design learner-centered content that promotes active participation, knowledge retention, and skill acquisition; incorporate various instructional strategies, such as scenario[1]based learning, gamification, and interactive elements, to enhance learner engagement and interactivity.

• Develop multimedia-rich learning experiences, incorporating audio, video, simulations, and animations.

• Integrate interactive elements such as quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning into Articulate Storyline modules.

• Customize learning experiences based on learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve the content.

2. Collaborating with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to gather project requirements and ensure that client expectations for learning solutions are understood and met.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with learning goals.

• Support the evaluation of learning initiatives to measure their effectiveness and impact on learner performance.

• Support the design and development of comprehensive learning frameworks that outline the structure and progression of learning programs; ensure that the learning frameworks align with the strategic learning objectives and support employability driven growth amongst learners.

3. Project Coordination and Management:

• Ensure seamless integration of e-learning content into learning management systems (LMS), ensuring compatibility with SCORM/xAPI standards.

•Troubleshoot technical issues related to content deployment and LMS integration.

• Perform quality assurance checks on all e-learning modules and videos to ensure consistency, accuracy, and technical compatibility.

4. Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in e-learning content design and development to incorporate innovative approaches into KPMG PLUS e-learning design.

• Stay up to date with advancements in learning technologies, instructional methodologies, and innovative learning approaches.

• Analyze user feedback to refine e-learning modules and improve the overall learner experience.

>>Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any relevant field with a keen interest in instructional/e-learning design or human centered design.

• 1+ years of experience in designing e-learning content using e-learning software such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning development processes.

• Ability to create interactive, scenario-based, and multimedia learning solutions.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI).

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools

1.Lead multidisciplinary team on ESG/Climate Change advisory projects, including Strategy, Non-financial Reporting and Assurance

2.Development of Sustainable Report and Integrated Report in alignment with internationally recognized frameworks/guidelines such as GRI, IRRC, SASB, TCFD, BRSR, UNGC, etc.

3.Delivering decarbonization strategy engagement in line with SBTi framework.

4.Support clients in identifying and quantifying Climate Risks (Physical and Transitional) in line with TCFD requirements.

5.Supporting clients to participate in ESG rating methodologies across rating agencies such as DJSI, CDP, WEF IBC, etc.

6.Researching and analyzing information to support client engagement objectives

7.Development of sustainability-related deliverables such as peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment, policy gap analysis and KPI identification and goal setting, strategy implementation, etc.

8.Review/analyze corporate activities and provide recommendations related to sustainability/ESG strategy, methods, framework, and related tools to support clients in achieving their sustainability goals and commitments

>>Required skills/experience

1.Relevant work experience in sustainability consulting (strategy, reporting, assurance)

2.Knowledge and hands on experience on LCA software (SimaPro, GaBi etc.)

3.Knowledge and understanding of GHG protocol, ISO 14068, ISO 14064, PAS 2060 etc.

4.Passionate about sustainability and climate change agenda

5.Sound understanding of sustainability issues across various industry sectors

6.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

7.Strong analytical, research and client management skills

8.Proficiency in MS – Office

9.Ability to quickly learn concepts outside of your area of expertise

Bachelors /Master’s degree /Postgraduate degree in sustainability/Climate Change/environment or engineering (chemical/mechanical/civil, etc.) with a focus on environment, sustainability and EHS issues, systems, and strategy.
