Senior Associate, Workday Integrations

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Workday Integrations to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement and road mapping activities
  • Work to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery and collaborate with clients to strategize and drive goals forward post-production
  • Support cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions; lead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of the Workday solution
  • Coordinate work handoffs with offshore team including traceability of client updates and work in progress; act as a point of contact for client to discuss support needs during US business hours

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent client facing experience in area of Workday Integrations; experience should include support of Workday clients for a managed services organization and/or participation in at least one full-scale implementation of Workday Integrations
  • MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred; a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; required Workday certification/skills in Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connector), Studio, and ability to write and troubleshoot XML/XSL; preferred certification/skills in Advanced Reporting and BIRT; please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn’t currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure them within three months from the commencement of employment

Senior Associate, Workday US Payroll

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of Workday Payroll solutions within a managed services or post-production support framework, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across complex client environments
  • Configure, test, and maintain Workday Payroll modules, including earnings, deductions, tax configurations, period schedules, and retroactive processing, in alignment with both regulatory and client-specific requirements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in troubleshooting payroll issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative solutions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency; act as a strategic advisor to clients, supporting payroll audits, compliance initiatives, reporting needs, year-end activities, and Workday updates/releases
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, supporting integration with third-party systems (for example: tax vendors, benefits providers), and optimizing payroll workflows for scale and efficiency
