We’re looking for a Performance & Development Advisor who’s passionate about unlocking potential through brilliant learning experiences. This is a hands-on role combining content creation, facilitation, and end-to-end learning delivery, supporting both Gym Operations and Gym Support teams to perform at their best.

You’ll design and deliver impactful learning – from role-specific Power Ups (role-specific inductions and onboarding experiences) to short, sharp digital learning that fits seamlessly into the flow of work. Key responsibilities…

Training Needs & Programme Coordination

  • Identify skills gaps and performance opportunities through structured training needs analysis.
  • Own learning activity end-to-end – from planning and scheduling through to communications, logistics, tracking, and evaluation.

Learning & Content Creation

  • Design and deliver tailored Power Ups (inductions) for roles across Gym Operations and Gym Support.

Facilitation

About you…

Essential

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Facilitation, HR/People, or a similar environment is essential.

  • Proven experience creating engaging learning content (presentations, guides, resources, digital learning).
  • Confident using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, plus virtual learning tools (Teams/Zoom).
