We sold more than $70 million dollars worth of cabinets last year and currently have more leads than we can handle.
We are seeking an Elite Level, Kitchen Design Professional with a documented track record of sales success. Located in Tampa FL, we are among the nations leading ecommerce kitchen cabinet retailers. Remote opportunities are available (within many, but not all of the continuous 48-states). Local candidates in the Tampa Bay area are also encouraged to apply. All new designers receive paid training.
Motivated and energetic Designers can easily earn a six-figure income with our generous compensation package. New Designers enjoy a starting salary of $60,000 in their initial year of service. A full complement of benefits: including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan are also offered.

Duties and responsibilities
- Astute relationship manager; effectively interact with customers in need of kitchen designs by phone and email.
- Skilled sales ability; sale of kitchen cabinets to customers in a timely and professional manner. This is Salary + Commission position; must be knowledgeable in cabinets and kitchen design with ability to sell over the phone and internet.
Creativity: Compose vibrant design packages and quotes for customers with extreme attention to detail. Highly creative and talented, to produce kitchens using 20/20 Design software.
Proficient multi-tasker; handles general phone calls in the Design Department which generate leads from potential customers, provide excellent customer service and generate information in a prompt and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree, minimum, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years in a Kitchen Design position, with portfolio.
- MUST be an Expert using 2020 Design Software.
- Personable, with previous phone/on line customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills; must be detail-oriented in speaking and writing in English.
- Professional demeanor with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to close the sale.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Understand the need to always provide an excellent customer experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Excel Experts – Spreadsheet Manipulation for AI Agent Training

Associate Producer
Responsibilities

- Adhere to timelines and prioritize activities to support production of multiple shows at once
- Research and pitch episode topics and guests
- Create prep materials for hosts (background docs, questions)
- Handle scheduling, booking, and recording logistics for host and guests
- Ensure that every audio and video recording, remote or in person, is captured at high quality using best practices
- Complete a final QC of episodes and prepare assets for publishing
- Assist Hosts, Producers and Editors with timelines, deliverables, file management, production, project management and more
- Work with guests to curate list of valuable questions for hosts
- Fact check episodes
- Copyedit transcriptions for publication
- Identify and pull clips for social media
- Work on first edits/rough cuts of episodes

Requirements

- 3+ years audio/video media production experience, preferably in a remote environment

- Familiarity with ProTools preferred
- Strong editorial instincts: understanding what good tape is
- Experience organizing media assets, directory structures and awareness of post-production workflows

- Social media content creation experience
