Job Description
As an Operations Lead, you will monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to execution by taking complete ownership and responsibility . You will engage the client and keep them informed with required updates of the project and ensure they are aware of all the activities that are about to be done / on going / yet to start etc.
  • Coordinate with manpower agencies and ensure that right resources are assigned to get the work done on time.
  • Coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders.
  • Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress such as Weekly Progress Reports.
  • Engage, interact and build professional relationships with the design professionals, vendors and clients while simultaneously directing the installation team to safely execute the work according to the design plan.
  • Work closely with respective functional teams to ensure a high standard of execution and customer experience.
Job Requirement
  • B. Tech (Civil/Architecture) – from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Alternate qualification can be B. Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in executing Corporate/Residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to break down complex ideas and convey efficiently.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles.
  • Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.

Project Manager

About the job

As a Project Manager for Premium Projects, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of the project with spectacular quality. You will be the SPOC for the customer and will be responsible to maintain a good customer experience throughout the project timeline in the partial design & complete execution stage till handover.

  • Understand drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc).
  • Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
  • Validate & review work orders, BOQs, drawings etc.
  • Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks.
  • Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely with quality control.
  • Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.
  • Able to give technical inputs and instructions to the Site supervisor [ Project Executive ].
  • To ensure timely site updates are available to the customer.
  • A bridge between Designer & Customers’ execution stage of the project.
  • Updating of project trackers & summaries and sharing weekly progress report to all the stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions and own implementation end-to-end.
  • Be the quality custodian of your projects ensuring the superlative customer experience. Ensuring the Checklist and work method statements are properly followed at site to give desired quality output.
  • Work with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing and new initiatives.
  • Building vendor relationships and timely addressing the vendors’ concerns.


Skills And Expertis

  • eManagement Graduate/Construction management, preferably from a Tier I/Tier II Institute
  • .Strong Project Management/Engineering/Architecture background is a must with 3+ years of experience
  • .Have a deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations
  • .Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions and foresee execution risks
  • .Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills

About the job

This role requires commitment to Customer Satisfaction to drive exemplary customer experience, always putting the customers needs first thereby driving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of Experience Centre.
