THE WORK
Task Location: MCAS New River, NC
The Logistics Service Representative (LSR) will provide on-site proficiency training, technical guidance, liaison assistance and information pertinent to the evaluation of logistical difficulties involving the CH-53E platform. The LSR shall endeavor to elevate the processes and abilities of the designated USMC logistics personnel as well as provide OEM logistical support.

Candidate must be a self-starter and be customer oriented. Candidate must be willing to be on-call 24/7 to support customer AOG requirements. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport. Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a Secret Level security clearance. Candidate must be willing to travel on a minimal basis. Candidate must adhere to all company and customer EH&S polices and regulation. Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years logistics experience and be familiar with USMC supply systems. Must be willing to relocate at the needs of Field Service Operations.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 – $111,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. Premium Pay Statement

Basic Qualifications

THE WORK
The Field Sustainment Manager will support various programs in the C6ISR Line of Business (LOB) and be responsible for about 15 direct reports and delivery of all Field Sustainment products/services. • Plan, schedule, track, and execute field support for a variety of field service activities taking place in multiple locations concurrently
• Operate in a dynamic schedule environment and interact with all levels of the organization
• Develop fiscal year budgets to secure appropriate funding
• Forecast future staffing demands and ensure proper staffing levels
• Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessments, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Approve timecards and expense reports
• Provide clear and concise direction to team members ensuring successful program execution
• Work independent of direct LM line management supervision on teams to resolve issues and serve as the customer point of contact
• Work with the programs to monitor performance, eradicate issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

THE WORK
The HH-60W Graduate Training and Integration Management System (GTIMS) Registrar and Scheduler reports directly to the Interim Contract Support (ICS) Manager at Kirtland AFB in support of the HH-60W academic and simulator Formal Training Unit (FTU). This candidate will interface with the registrars office, scheduling office, flying training squadrons, and management to meet student throughput. Works with the Training Management System (TMS) to enter or schedule resources, instructors, and student data. Includes enrolling, processing, tracking, documenting, scheduling, graduating students and generating routine reports. This candidate will be responsible for managing MyLearning, knowing and reviewing courseware materials and assigning courseware to students. The candidate will provide input into the Training Management System (TMS)as required. The candidate will manage Air Education and Training (AETC) Major Command (MAJCOM) Syllabus of Instruction (SOI) in the GTIMS database and perform functional testing prior to live implementation. Updates and revises all syllabi in the GTIMS database when additions or modifications are required. CRH POC for GTIMS Helpdesk service tickets. Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required by the ICS Manager.
