THE WORK
Task Location: MCAS New River, NC
The Logistics Service Representative (LSR) will provide on-site proficiency training, technical guidance, liaison assistance and information pertinent to the evaluation of logistical difficulties involving the CH-53E platform. The LSR shall endeavor to elevate the processes and abilities of the designated USMC logistics personnel as well as provide OEM logistical support.
Candidate must be a self-starter and be customer oriented. Candidate must be willing to be on-call 24/7 to support customer AOG requirements. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport. THE WORK

This candidate will be responsible for managing MyLearning, knowing and reviewing courseware materials and assigning courseware to students. The candidate will manage Air Education and Training (AETC) Major Command (MAJCOM) Syllabus of Instruction (SOI) in the GTIMS database and perform functional testing prior to live implementation. Updates and revises all syllabi in the GTIMS database when additions or modifications are required. CRH POC for GTIMS Helpdesk service tickets. Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required by the ICS Manager.
