Job Description

You will be the Project Manager for the Precision Fires Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting internal and external communications strategies to drive business success.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Manager, you will provide essential support to the leadership team by managing operations, facilitating interactions, and ensuring timely closure of LOB goals. You will be responsible for collaborating with the leadership team, tracking action items, and preparing materials and reports to drive business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with the GSC leadership team on international travel requests, budget, and manpower planning
• Developing and coordinating functional requests, such as data collections and supplier impact inquiries
• Leading and participating in strategic planning, project execution, and related initiatives
• Partnering with support staff to achieve objectives
• Coordinating employee engagement events, site visits, and skip levels
• Collaborating with GSC LOB project managers and ensuring incorporation of Program Execution Team (PET) upskilling

BD Lead, Space Security Multi Domain Effects Architectures – VI

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in integration of Air, Space, and Maritime mission areas, with a proven track record of successful mission delivery

• Deep understanding of space security Multi-Domain Effects (MDE), including mission architecture encompassing complex waveforms, and communication protocols

• Knowledge of warfighter effectiveness across multiple domains (space, air, and ground)

Job Description

Dedicated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Cyber professional position with the Lockheed Martin Government Affairs (LMGA), Air Force and F-35 Programs Team. The position reports directly to the Director, Networks and Strike Programs, in Arlington (Crystal City), VA. The individual will be responsible for serving as the Corporation’s liaison with the Pentagon, and the Executive branch of the USAF on all matters relating to C4ISR, Cyber, and Networks as well as related SAP Programs. Position is key to engaging effectively with DoD, Intelligence, and Interagency on C4ISR-related operations and Cyber business development. Supports National Intelligence Community (NIC) engagement requiring experience with NIC organizations. This person integrates Lockheed Martin Business Areas, Washington based Government Affairs, and Government Affairs customer-aligned offices outside of Washington DC synchronizing activities with US government customers. Will integrate with other LMGA mission areas on overlapping portfolios and activities related to outreach and communications. Finally, this individual ensures portfolio managers are coordinated with legislative teams implementing comprehensive and coordinated legislative, outreach, and communication strategies. The position interacts with Company program leadership executives and their teams within Lockheed Martin.

This is an on-site (4 days per week) position located at our Crystal City, Arlington facility. This position is also on a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off, as business allows.
