Quality Manager – Distribution
Position Overview: The Quality Manager guarantees the quality of our products, parcels, and orders distributed under the SalonCentric distribution center specifications. The Manager seeks efficiency in his/her domain to implement quality as a pillar of operational excellence with continuous improvement and constant innovation with regard for safety within our quality system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the quality conformity of operations and drive End to End (E2E) quality with a focus on customer needs including inbound and storage processes, conversion & packing operations, orders & parcels preparation and shipping, and handling of product returns.
- Analyze customer/consumer complaints in conjunction with customer care across all channels to improve errors and damages to our final customers.
- Oversees inventory control including performance reviews, staff training and development and process improvement initiatives
- Oversees training programs for inbound, outbound, warehousing, and order processing.
- Communicate results and enhancements of continuous improvement process, risk analysis, and change management related to each business channel.
- Facilitate the collection of quality metrics to support customer, financial and corporate scorecards and report KPIs according to the defined schedule and ensuring quality of data.
- Lead the implementation and maintain the traceability of finished goods and ensure the quality status of products.
- Lead and coordinate quality action plans to comply with our Distribution Quality System (SQD)
- Ensure knowledge and application of the SQD at the site, at suppliers’ and subcontractors’, through trainings, communication, audits and distribution of documents.
- Ensures the (local) regulatory compliance of the products are upheld.
- Enforce established rules for the execution of physical movements of pallets of products pending quality inspection (or blocked for quality reasons), the change in stock quality status, and define and validate authorization approval levels.
Key Qualifications + Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5+ years
- Prior quality experience with physical distribution and 3PL partners managing to contract KPIs.
- Worked with multiple, cross-functional business area managers and stakeholders and influenced resolution of conflicting objectives.
- Knowledge with SAP / MANH as plus.
- Has been in key leadership role in successfully delivering business process and system solutions.
- Proven ability to influence people.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills; Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization, across multiple cultures/geographies
- Collaborative and effective at building consensus across the organization
- Highly organized

Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting – Project Burger

The “Burger Project” is a collaborative business and IT initiative to orchestrate and build a future-proof, omnichannel multi system and process architecture that seamlessly integrates all sales channels. This multilayer architecture enhances operational efficiency from order orchestration to sales, payment and inventory reconciliation with the following four key objectives.
- Optimizing and harmonizing the existing IT ecosystem and tools.
- Centralizes order aggregation and aligns data for improved reconciliation.
- Implementing the global IT ecosystem architecture compliant with SAP S/4 requirements
- Enabling agile and simplified deployment of new marketplaces and unlocking new omnichannel capabilities.
What You Will Do:
This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility for transforming L’Oréal’s reporting landscape while ensuring uninterrupted business operations and unlocking new capabilities. You will lead the data and analytics / reporting related aspects of the Burger implementation. - Define and implement the reporting needs required for the successful Burger implementation, ensuring they meets current and future business needs for the following:
- Develop detailed specifications for new tools and reports based on industry best practices and stakeholder input.
- Evaluate existing reports and challenge status quo for simplicity and harmonization.
- Partner closely with IT to design and implement BI data sources, define KPIs, establish data governance rules, and sunset outdated systems.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., using PowerBI) to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications in alignment with the Burger program.
- Technical Expertise & Testing:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the GCP reports meets functionality, performance, and integration requirement as part of the Burger and NEO remediation.

What We Are Looking For:
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally with a focus on supply chain or IT implementations including data and analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, macros) are essential.
- Demonstrated experience creating insightful dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, conduct in-depth analysis, and extract meaningful insights
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, e-commerce, retail, supply chain operations, and system integration principles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus among stakeholders, and drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Packaging Operator 2nd shift available- $22.50hr + shift differential
- Fully Supports an interdependent safety culture and works proactively to accomplish the safety mission in the plant of zero accidents.

- Respectfully, through words and actions, work cooperatively with team members.
- Operate packaging lines per prescribed methods, maintaining production flow and efficient operation. Operator must be able to manage multiple equipment modules simultaneously (i.e. fillers, cappers, cartoners, case packer).
- Follow all safety rules and regulations. ( RIS, RIO, OSHA and departmental)
- Maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Train new operators in the areas of Machine operation, Safety, Productivity, Quality, ISO procedures.
- Follow all quality policies and Procedures.
- Handle minor troubleshooting of equipment (i.e. clearing jams, weight adjustments, capper adjustments )
- Handle line washout, sanitization, and associated paperwork to include disassembly and assembly of fillers and setting weights.
- Stock lines as necessary
- Assign staff to position on line, explain responsibility associated with each position. Monitor to ensure that all employees assigned to the line are operating safely.
- Document Work Order information (batch numbers, etc.) requiring direct contact with processors.
- Document and track direct labor hours, production reporting, and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks and associated paperwork with limited support from the QA, warehouse and processing departments
- Administer the pocket defect program
- Practice GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Handle assembly work when required (example: pack bottles into shippers, palletize, place pumps, etc.)
- Train temporary staff in the areas of Safety and Quality. Provide work instruction for temporaries.
- Ability to work overtime as needed (voluntary/occasionally mandated)
