Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Client Advisor/Visual Merchandiser to join our incredible team.

 

Job responsibilities

 

As an Client Advisor-Hybrid, Visual Merchandising you will dedicate approximately half of your schedule focused on Client Advisor responsibilities and the other half focused on Visual Merchandising responsibilities.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Client Advisor include:

  • Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals
  • Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
  • Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories
  • Leverage clienteling tools to develop long term relationships

 

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Visual Merchandising Associate include:

  • Manage all aspects of store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team
  • Ensure key products are selected and well-displayed to maximize business opportunities
  • Lead window product changes and installations
  • Collaborate with the store team on business events, and training the team on visual merchandising topics.

 

Profile

 

In this role, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. By striving to discover your Clients and their every need you will tailor their experience within our store in order to elevate their experience and impression of the Brand while also ensuring to build long lasting relationships which will be maintained through the usage of our in-house clienteling tools and systems. You will ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories, and support the business strategy to contribute enhancing the Client Experience in store.

 

To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an visual merchandising focus, has experience in visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards, special events, window installations, and experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Profile

 

We seek a profile with a strong drive for results, an understanding of the luxury market and a key focus on strategic operational efficiency and follow-through. The role will include supervising all aspects of product flow, after sales, loss prevention, health & safety and administration. Additionally you will lead, manage and develop the team on all operational aspects of the business, partner with the wider management team to optimize operations while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.

The successful candidate will have previously held a management position leading operations in a fast paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment. It is essential that you have an expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high volume, dynamic environment.

With extensive people management and development skills, you will be required to act as management support to the Store Manager and therefore be experienced in providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Additionally, you will possess excellent organization and administration skills, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills.
