Asset Protection & Safety Mgr
All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As an Asset Protection & Safety Manager, this means:
• Helping Store Operational Leadership team ensure associates are delivering friendly, professional, timely service to all customers who shop the store.
• Monitoring receiving, shipping, and selling patterns for assigned store.
• Championing initiatives and establishing processes and controls that improve safety/hazmat, shrink, and security outcomes.
The Asset Protection & Safety Manager (APSM) oversees and coordinates programs and processes to minimize loss while maintaining a safe working and shopping environment. This associate monitors and solves for criminal activities, coaches and trains associates, and oversees inventory levels to help with shrink and shortages. The APSM may need to respond to violent altercations to keep customers and staff safe. The Asset Protection & Safety Manager is seen as an expert on safety reports, guidelines, and regulations.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
What We’re Looking For
• Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.
• Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
What You Need To Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience (e.g., retail or Asset Protection).
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Safety, Business, or related Asset Protection field.
• National certified training program (e.g., Wicklander-Zuwalski or Reed training).
• Professional accreditation (e.g., APQ, APC) or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience directly or indirectly supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, directing, training, performance management, and recognition.
• 2 years of experience as a Manager in a retail environment. 1 year of experience conducting quality reviews/audits.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing business documents (e.g., P&L, exception reports).
• Demonstrated experience conducting retail investigations (i.e., has conducted multiple retail investigations). Experience in using physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, EAS).

Merchandising Data Governance Manager
The Mgr-Merchandising Operations owns oversight and execution for work and projects within a key functional area of Merchandising Operations. The manager leads a team of individual contributors that executes the processes and projects within a functional area. The manager will coordinate with other leaders in Merchandising Operations on projects and helps to identify and resolve issues impacting their primary customer. Key functional areas include Vendor/Item Onboarding, Reporting, Operational Services, Vendor Compliance, Product Content, Data Governance and Tech Enablement. Responsibilities may vary based on the area of work.
What you will do
- Analytics- Influencer – assist with defining the segmentation. Define the solution reporting/capabilities required. Work with DACI/IT.

- Process Improvement-Drives process improvement and streamlining, along with root cause analysis. Monitors status of processes.
- Technology Requirements- Gather customer data; input at GMM level; prioritizes; customer data; partnership with tech/stakeholders.
- Project Management- Gather customer data; input at enterprise level; prioritizes; customer data; partnership with tech/stakeholders
- Liaison with international partners on highly collaborate initiatives and partner with their leadership.
- Merchandising & Vendor Engagement- Ensures positive engagement at the highest level; influence into segmentation; trusted partner (merchant & vendor). Face to the customer.
- Business Alignment-Focused on relationship with GMM, Store Merchandising VPs.
- Provides input and operational metrics that influence the Merchandising roadmap
- Maintains and refines intake and work assignment tools to ensure first time response resolution and smooth end user experience

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field and 5+ years relevant business experience
- 3+ years Leadership experience
- 5+ years general work experience
- Experience in structuring and writing formal documents, developing and delivering group presentations, project planning, and/or cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of performance measures and financial systems and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree Business or related field

Your Day at Lowe’s
In this role, you’ll work on-site to support delivery operations for internal and external customers. Most of your day will be spent in-office talking to customers, sorting out order changes, and solving customer challenges. You will use your communication skills and training knowledge of Home Delivery Cross-Dock Terminal (XDT) operations to tackle daily tasks like alerts and collaborations with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery operations for internal (stores/contact center) and external customers (DIY and Pro Customers).

Product Manager
The Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for individual products within a product group. Responsibilities include writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements as well as planning and managing product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Finally, this role will focus on identifying key gaps in product features, capturing product requirements, and defining outcomes or objectives and key results (OKRs).

Required Qualifications:
