 Creating and prioritizing a product backlog (a list of features and requirements) that aligns

with the product vision and goals, and continuously refining it based on feedback and

changing business needs.

 The product backlog must be clearly defined, and all the items need to be mentioned elaborately.

 Prioritize and order the product backlog in the right manner so that the important tasks are given topmost priority.

 Prioritize work items and product backlog, this must be in line with customer vision and goals.

 Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback.

 The Product Owner must ensure that the product backlog is communicated clearly to all team

members.

 The Scrum Team must have clarity on the product requirements and user expectations.

 Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, designers, marketers,

and quality assurance) to ensure that the product meets customer needs and is delivered

on time and within budget.

Project Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO to support the strategic

initiatives within the CDO’s Office. The individual will play a key role in managing projects,

driving operational excellence, and ensuring smooth communication across various business

units. The ideal candidate should have an MBA with experience in the BFSI/Technology

industry, agility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, the candidate should be well read, abreast with matters in the business/ tech

affairs. Powerpoint Presentation and basic MS office, word is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage multiple cross-functional projects within the CDO’s

Office, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CDO to support strategic initiatives,

setting goals, KPIs, and tracking performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CDO’s office and various

internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on

key projects.

Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to

monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives. Prepare executive reports and

presentations for senior leadership.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Assist the CDO in leveraging data for key business

Operational Excellence: Implement process improvements, identify bottlenecks,

and introduce efficiencies across the department’s operations.

Budget Oversight: Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and

financial reporting related to CDO office projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA from a recognized institution.

Experience: Total Experience of 3-7 years, Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, business

operations, or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the finance/banking sector and the

ability to navigate its complexities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability

to convey complex information to senior leadership.

Head of Platforms- Data and AI/ML Platform

Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and technically proficient Head of Platforms to architect, build, and lead the development of a comprehensive data and AI/ML platform. This critical role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making, accelerating AI/ML innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance within our rapidly growing NBFC lending company. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

Platform Development & Architecture:

* Design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure data platform capable of ingesting, storing, transforming, and serving diverse internal and external data sources (including regulatory reporting data).

* Ensure data governance, access control, data quality (completeness, reliability, visibility), and compliance with all relevant regulations.

* Develop and manage a full-life-cycle AI/ML and Decision Science platform, providing data scientists and AI/ML engineers with the necessary tools for data analysis, feature engineering, model building, deployment, A/B testing, model governance, and responsible AI implementation.

* Design, implement and manage secure access and utilization of LLMs and SLMs (both internal and external, hosted on GCP and other platforms). This includes the ability to fine-tune and deploy customer-specific LLM/SLM models.

* Oversee all aspects of DataOps, AIOps, MLOps, and LLMOps to ensure optimal platform performance, reliability, and security.

* Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data requirements and ensure the platform meets their needs.

* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data technologies, AI/ML, and cloud computing.

Leadership & Management:

* Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers.

* Develop and implement effective team processes, workflows, and performance metrics.

* Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive management.

* Develop and present compelling proposals and executive presentations to secure budget and resource approvals.

Technical Proficiency:
