Java Developer

Control Assurance Manager

- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in Operational Risk, Internal or External Audit within a financial institution or financial services firm. A strong operational risk or assurance background, especially with prior exposure to regulatory and compliance risk disciplines, is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with global stakeholders at all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior management within RMG and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand abstract concepts and complex technological situations. This is crucial for challenging the status quo and further developing and enhancing our Operational Risk Management Framework.
- Having a tertiary degree in Risk Management or a related field, as well as professional qualifications (e.g., CIA, CA) or a relevant postgraduate degree, will be considered an added advantage.

Technology Audit Executive
What role will you play?

- 2-5 years of experience in performing Information System audits. Exposure to performing different types of audit testing including conducting walkthroughs, design assessment and control effectiveness testing.
- Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure audits, such as those related to Cloud services or network systems, are preferred.
- Qualifications in information systems/cybersecurity (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCAK, CSX).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise and influence both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to process complex information in a dynamic environment and identify operational risk issues of material significance.
- Experience of working in a global environment is a must.
- Proven technical and analytical skills, supported by attention to detail and sound judgment. Strong teamwork skills with a motivated and energetic approach to work.
