About the Function

The role incumbent will be part of the Holiday Product Development team, supporting the holiday business. With a deep understanding of Indian consumers’ travel preferences, the Holidays team offers a vast range of holiday packages for destinations across the world.

About the Role

As a Product Development Manager, you are a part of whip-smart team responsible for supporting growth through driving and building innovative products to increase Revenue Business Metrics.

What will you be doing:

  • Managing the entire product life cycle for your destination from planning to execution.
  • Building Holiday product portfolio roadmap for geographical region/travel themes by understanding the latent demand and identifying opportunity areas.
  • Creating holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience, sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.
  • Defining destination product vision and strategy and source market opportunities.
  • Owning destination revenue roadmap basis price benchmarking and cost optimization through supply advantage.
  • Evaluating market competition and positioning the product line to appeal to holiday customers.
  • Managing cross-functional interaction to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate from a reputed institute with 2 to 3 years of experience in a Holidays Product or similar role.

Key Success Factors for the Role:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and derive insights from data leading to increased revenue and business improvement.
  • Enhancement of customer experience metrics such as Net Promoter Score.
